The Toyota UZ engine family has been a long time favorite of ours. Light, bullet proof bottom end and responsive to modifications. Toyota produced the engine's for over 17 years from 1997 to 2013 in three variations being 1UZ-FE VVT-i, 2UZ-FE VVT-i and 3UZ-FE VVT-i engine.

It featured at various times in Lexus, Tundra, 4Runner and Landcruiser. The Kelford catalogue range of cams for the 1UZ. Performance cams for near stock Toyota 1UZ-FE engines.

272°/270° racing cams for modified NA Toyota 1UZ-3UZ VVTi engines with 10.5:1+ compression ratio. Must have ITBs or free flowing intake manifold. Must have free flowing exhaust system.

These cams suit engines revving to around 8000rpm. Cylinder head needs machining for clearance around bucket bores for high lift cam lobes. Please check piston to valve clearance, will require OEM piston valve.
