Every day at Chicly Me Boutique, sales associates and managers
encounter numerous customers who are eager to create stylish,
flexible wardrobes on their own but simply can't either due to their
busy lifestyles or lack of knowledge. To address this issue and
further expand its customer service to assist patrons in this area,
Chicly Me has decided to offer monthly “How to Build a Capsule
Wardrobe” workshops to its customers. Before these workshops
can begin, Chicly Me team members need to be trained on the
information and concepts to present during these workshops.
Therefore, the goal of this course is to provide team members with
knowledge of capsule wardrobes and how to build one so they can
successfully present this information to customers during
workshops.
Target Audience
Chicly Me workshop presenters (sales associates)
Training Time
1 hour. This amount of time will allow learners to thoroughly
engage with all content.

Recommendation
1 eLearning course. This is recommended because it creates more
learning flexibility for busy sales associates who will be presenting
the workshops. This training should also allow the learner to make
choices in real-life scenarios, interact with the content, and receive
feedback.
Deliverables
• 1 eLearning module, developed in Articulate Rise
• 3 Job aids (available both physically and digitally) that provide
brief steps for how to determine body shape, seasonal color,
and personal style.

Assessment Plan
80% or higher passing on e-learning module assessment consisting
of a mix of 5 graded multiple choice and multiple answer questions.
Learners will be allowed to take the quiz as many times as needed to
reach the passing score.
Evaluation of
Success
• Confidence levels indicated by learners on pre-training and post-
training surveys
• Change in quantity of customers who attend monthly workshops
• Post-training survey of learners rating their overall experience
completing the training
• Customer surveys explaining their satisfaction with the
workshop
