Introduction:Healinic Wellness Solutions faces the challenge of handling a large influx of emails from various sources such as customers,
partners, and colleagues. Recent survey results indicate that team members are concerned about effectively managing this high volume of
emails, as there is a risk of overlooking critical messages that could have a significant impact on the business. To alleviate this concern, upper
management has taken the initiative to address the issue. They have decided to create a microlearning video specifically designed for Healinic
Wellness team members. The primary objective of this video is to demonstrate a simple yet highly effective method for automatically filtering
incoming emails within the Microsoft Outlook system that the team currently utilizes. By implementing this method showcased in the video,
team members will be able to streamline their email management process, making it more efficient, organized, and ultimately easier to handle
