The South Florida Construction Career Days (CCD) program is a collaborative initiative that supports workforce development across three Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) districts: District 4, District 6, and Florida's Turnpike Enterprise.

With a strong regional impact and a commitment to shaping Florida's future infrastructure workforce, South Florida CCD invites the community. In its fifth year, the Florida Department of Transportation says this is the biggest construction career days yet after expanding to seven counties and reaching 1,300 students. The 6th Annual Northwest Florida Construction Career Days Golf Tournament in DeFuniak Springs was a huge success thanks to our incredible sponsors, teams, and volunteers.

Events like this tournament help make it possible for us to continue inspiring students and showcasing the many career opportunities available in the transportation industry. Each year, the Builders Association of North Central Florida (BANCF) partners with Santa Fe College to host Careers in Construction Days - a hands-on, interactive event that introduces high school students to rewarding careers in the construction industry. More than 200 students from 20+ high schools across Alachua and surrounding counties attend this one.

Northwest Florida Construction Career Days ABC Group serves on the publicity and communications committee for the Northwest Florida Construction Career Days (CCD). CCD is a nationwide educational outreach program designed to cultivate interest in high school students for the wide variety of skilled construction careers. The Construction Career Day one of the State of Florida's strategic investment in its' current and future construction workforce.
