How Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin Works (simplified) Tesamorelin binds tightly to your GH receptors and pushes the accelerator - triggering growth hormone release. Ipamorelin works differently; it releases the brake by blocking somatostatin, the signal that shuts GH down. Alone, each does something. Together, you're flooring the gas and cutting the brakes at the same time that's why the pulse is so much stronger when they're stacked.
Add 1ml (1cc, or 100 units) of BAC water to the 10mg vial of Tesamorelin
Add 2ml (2cc, or 200 units) of BAC water to the 10mg vial of Ipamorelin
and follow the guide below.

- Ipamorelin: 0.1mg (2 units) Mon-Fri (SUB Q.) 30 minutes before bed.
- Tesamorelin: 0.5mg (5 units) Mon-Fri (SUB Q.) 30 minutes before bed.
- Saturday & Sunday DO NOT TAKE.
- Fast for 2 hours before taking.
- 8 weeks on MAX, then 4 weeks off MIN
- Each injection should be subcutaneous (injected into the fat between the skin and muscle).
These are the best injection sites and this is the needle size, so don’t get discouraged.
Green flags (it's working)
- Sleep feels deeper, more restorative
- Recovery between workouts improving
- Appetite increases slightly
- Skin and hair quality improving over time
- Subtle increase in energy and mood

Red flags (stop and reassess)
- Significant water retention or joint pain — could signal GH levels too high

- Injection site reactions that don't resolve — redness, swelling, hardening
