Register for In-person, In-Door, 11AM SUN Worship

Register on our website by 9AM Sunday; vaccine QR code checked at the door. Walk-ins welcome if seating is available.

When you pre-register, using the form below, we reserve a place for you.

Here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • NEW! Everyone entering the church must present their vaccine QR code to be scanned
  • Social distancing restrictions will be in place at all times.
  • Face masks are required while in the building. N95 masks are recommended. Masks must be worn properly: mouth and nose both covered, and no gaps.
  • Please bring you coat to your seat. The windows will be open to increase ventilation.
  • KidZone and nursery will be unavailable at this time. Children are invited and welcome to participate in the main service. We will provide each child with a Worship Activity bag.
  • When you arrive, please use the front door only. Ushers will meet you at the entrance, scan your vaccine QR code, ensure you comply with the screening questions shown below, and help you find a seat that is physically distanced.
  • The band will lead us in musical worship, and you are encouraged to listen and hum along.
  • You are encouraged to visit outside and refrain from gathering in the lobby.

We will continue to provide online worship even as we re-open our doors. If you don't feel comfortable coming to church in person, please know that you are a full and valued participant in our corporate worship if you choose to attend online.

Use the graphic below to ASSESS YOURSELF for COVID-19 symptoms. If you develop any of these symptoms between the time you submit the form and the worship service, worship online rather than in-person.

When you "1-Select Week", select the DATE. Note that you have to register BEFORE 9AM SUNDAY for this coming Sunday. If your preferred DATE does NOT appear... and you are registering before 9AM... this means all places have been reserved.

Remember to click SUBMIT when you are done. If you entered an email, you will receive an email confirmation from amberleachurch@gmail.com.
