Star Wars Clone Arc Trooper Characters

Advanced Recon Commandos, also known as ARC troopers, were an elite variant of the clone troopers that served the Galactic Republic. Chosen from the ranks of the Grand Army of the Republic, the status of ARC trooper was bestowed on clones who served with distinction on the battlefield, such as Echo and Fives. The training of clone cadets also served as a means for identifying particular cadets.

Clone troopers are fictional characters from the Star Wars franchise created by George Lucas. First introduced in the live-action film Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones (2002), they have since appeared in various other Star Wars media, including Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith (2005) and the animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars (2008-2014; 2020), Star Wars. All spoilers regarding the Skywalker Saga and The Clone Wars are unmarked.

Advanced Recon Commandos, or ARC troopers, were variants of clone troopers that were the elite troopers of the Grand Army of the Republic.

ARC troopers usually were sent to accomplish missions that other clone troopers could not do because they were much more skilled. They served as apart of the Special Operations Brigade during the Clone Wars.[1] ARC troopers had armor like regular troopers. Far superior to battle droids, the clone troopers formed the backbone of the Republic's new military that waged war against the forces of the Confederacy of Independent Systems.

So symbolic were they of the times, the galaxy-wide conflict that saw their debut took its name from their ranks: the Clone Wars. " ARC Troopers " is the second episode of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars television series' third season. It aired on September 17, 2010 as one half of the season's hour-long premiere.

It serves as a sequel to the first season episode " Rookies," though it does not immediately follow the episode. It chronologically takes place in between Season Three's seventh episode, "Assassin" and fourth.
