The "Sailor Moon Complete All-color Edition" manga is a digital release of the previously published Complete Edition (Kanzeban/Eternal edition) of the Sailor Moon Manga in full color produced under the complete supervision of Naoko Takeuchi, meaning that the colors on the pages are true to her vision. Sailor Moon was originally a black and white manga and this version has colour added. The original release of the Sailor Moon manga in the magazine Nakayoshi had a few colour pages at the start of each chapter.
These were not included in all manga releases though all colour pages were in the latest release, the Eternal Edition of the manga. This page contains all of the volumes of the All-Colour Complete edition of the Sailor Moon and Codename: Sailor V manga. It is the fifth release of the manga and called the オールカラー完全版 or "All-Colour Kanzenban" edition in Japan.

The Sailor Moon and Sailor V manga were re-issued a third time in kanzenban format from 2013 to 2014 for the Sailor Moon 20th anniversary. Kodansha USA is publishing English versions with a new translation under the name "Sailor Moon Eternal Edition". The first volume will be released in Sep 2018 and the second volume in Dec 2018.
