Out of a stock T500 with their reflux condenser, and a packed column, I can get around 92% (ish) if I'm really paying attention. Out of mighty-mini with the bubble plates, probably about the same. First, your T500 boiler would likely struggle to provide enough power to a bubble plate column.
If you want to run plates, you need a boiler upgrade. The Create+ Sight Glass Bubble Plate is designed for use with 2" tri-clamp compatible distilling systems such as the Create+ T500 PRO, Create+ T500, Alcoengine reflux, and Alcoengine Pot Head. Bubble Plates are designed to increase reflux action and equate to 1 theoretical plate height and provide visual feedback of the distillation process*.

A reflux still works by having a tall column containing either bubble plates or special packing material. There is also a reflux condensor or dephlegmator returning vapor back down the column which causes multiple distillations instead of just one in a pot still. The effect is a higher purity.
