Thoughts on open box items This is my first time ordering from wayfair. I understand that open box items cannot be returned and I am planning on purchasing an upholstered bed. What have your experiences been like with open boxed items? Was everything in new condition?

I ordered an open box bed frame from Wayfair and it's missing a bed leg. First, I know I'm dumb in ordering open box this was my first time and I didn't realize that it most likely meant it was broken.

I just received a sideboard which was in packaging that was badly damaged in shipping (almost completely ripped open) and the top piece has dents, scratches and a huge chunk missing from it.
