Hi, I recently added a bluetooth mic/speaker to our zoom room, and it works just fine. However, the room is telling me it is not available, the issue being: "Standalone Bluetooth microphone may cause poor audio quality. Non-Bluetooth microphone is recommended, but integreated Bluetooth speaker can be used" That said, i can launch a meeting just fine from the controller, and everything works.
This will help to identify if this case only happened on Outlook for Windows. Please also go to Browse with Room Finder options and check if still showing available status or not. A comfort room provides a sanctuary from stress by temporarily limiting sensory. Room not available I created a new resource for my google calendar and shared it with the entire organization. However, when I try to create an event in that room it always says "room not available" and is crossed out.
Yet there is no event saved in that room. Can anyone help me solve it?
