While the Amazon Fire TV and Fire TV Stick allow you to select from never, 5, 10, or 15 minutes for the screensaver timer, there is nowhere in the device's settings to change the sleep timer. That's set to 20 minutes regardless of how the screensaver is configured. I want my screensaver pics to keep running, and can NOT find anyway to do this! I've found coding tutorials on how to customize the start time (changing the 5 minutes start time to 3,000 milliseconds in some program called ADB will have it start in 3 seconds) but nothing on how to make it run longer! an hour? indefinitely?

I would suggest trying the steps below to enable and choose a screen saver. From there, your time settings should apply: From your Amazon Photos mobile app, tap the More tab (Android) or the Smile icon (iOS): Tap Personalize Echo Show & Fire TV Tap.

Most of the time it is on YouTube (normal, not TV). Connect to the Fire TV or Fire TV Stick via ADB. Set a custom Screensaver time by running the command: adb shell settings put system screen_off_timeout 123456789 NOTE: Change the value 123456789 in the above command to how long you want the Fire TV or Fire TV Stick to wait in milliseconds before launching the screensaver.
Install Remote ADB Shell. (sideload) Connect to 127.0.0.1 settings put secure sleep_timeout xxxxxx Where xxx is milliseconds. Default time is 20mins.
Put 0 to disable it. If you want to change to an hour: settings put secure sleep_timeout 3600000 Think there is also a pc application called adblink that does this in the Edit timers section.
