The promoter of this competition is lakers social & recreational club ltd. A registered charity. Registered charity number: 20051907 if the promoter does not sell enough tickets to cover the cost of the car and promotion, with adequate funds for the charity (as stipulated in the lottery & gaming act regulations) by the 30th december 2022, the promotor reserves the right to push out the date by 3 months. If ticket sales are still not enough to cover costs and promotion of the raffle, the draw will take place with the first place winner receiving 50% of the profits from the raffle.
The prize draw can be watched by live streaming on facebook. Winners are then chosen at random by using the google random number software.
