Can someone help me setup a guest network for older devices on the WPA/WPA2 settings? I cant seem to be able to pick the security level when I set them up? What am I missing?This setting you show is not available on the BE3600 Dual-Band Wi-Fi 7 Router guest network.
Switch to WPA3 (or at Minimum WPA2-AES). Use 5 GHz for Speed, 2.4 GHz for Range. Update Your Router Firmware. Disable Legacy Device Support (802.11b/g).
Set your router's Wi-Fi security to WPA3 if possible, WPA2 will also work. Mixed mode (WPA/WPA2/WPA3) setting is not recommended and can cause issues with myQ Wi-Fi products staying connected to the Wi-Fi network.
If your router recently switched to WPA3-only mode, re-enable WPA2 compatibility, set up the lights, then re-enable WPA3 if desired.What to do: Set up the light close to the main router or primary mesh node. Avoid Fast Roaming or Smart Steering modes during setup.
