一、應用程式與開發人員資訊
本隱私權政策適用於下列由開發人員 Air2000 發行之行動應用程式（以下簡稱「本 App」）：
本 App 為非官方的中華職棒（CPBL）比分、賽程、戰績與球員數據應用程式，與中華職業棒球大聯盟無隸屬關係。本政策同時適用於本 App 的 Google Play 與 Apple App Store 版本，以及其小工具（Widget）與手錶 App。
二、我們蒐集的資料
本 App 不需要您註冊帳號，也不會要求您提供姓名、電話或地址。我們僅蒐集提供服務所需的資料：
- 匿名使用者識別碼：本 App 透過 Firebase Authentication 的匿名登入產生一組隨機識別碼，用以保存您的偏好設定、推播設定與訂閱狀態。此識別碼不包含您的姓名或電子郵件。
- 偏好設定：例如您選擇的主隊、推播通知與即時動態（Live Activity）追蹤設定。
- 推播通知權杖：若您允許通知，我們會保存裝置的推播權杖（Firebase Cloud Messaging／Apple Push Notification service），用以傳送比賽通知。
- 購買紀錄：若您購買訂閱，我們會將 Google Play 或 App Store 提供的購買憑證（例如 purchase token、交易編號）傳送至伺服器驗證，以啟用付費功能。本 App 不會取得或保存您的信用卡等付款資訊，付款由 Google Play 或 Apple 處理。
- 使用情形與診斷資料：例如瀏覽的畫面、功能操作事件、App 版本、裝置型號、作業系統版本、當機與錯誤紀錄，用以改善 App 品質與穩定性。
- 裝置與廣告識別碼：免費版會顯示 Google AdMob 廣告，AdMob 可能使用廣告 ID（Android Advertising ID／iOS IDFA）與 IP 位址提供及衡量廣告。在 iOS 上，僅於您透過「App 追蹤透明度」允許後才會使用 IDFA 提供個人化廣告；未允許時僅提供非個人化廣告。
- 您主動提供的資料：若您透過電子郵件與我們聯絡，我們會取得您的電子郵件地址、信件內容，以及您選擇附上的裝置資訊（App 版本、裝置型號、系統版本）。
本 App 不會存取您的精確位置、通訊錄、相片、麥克風或相機。
三、資料的使用目的
- 提供比分、賽程、推播通知、小工具與即時動態等核心功能。
- 保存您的偏好設定並驗證、恢復訂閱。
- 分析功能使用情形、偵測與修正當機及錯誤。
- 在免費版中顯示廣告。
- 回覆您的詢問與意見回饋。
我們不會出售您的個人資料。
四、第三方服務
本 App 使用下列第三方服務，這些服務會依其各自的隱私權政策處理資料：
本 App 會顯示或連結至中華職棒官方網站、YouTube 等外部內容，這些網站不適用本政策，請參考其各自的隱私權政策。
五、資料分享
除上述第三方服務供應商代為處理資料外，我們不會將您的個人資料提供、出租或出售給其他個人或機構。但下列情形不在此限：依法律規定或主管機關要求、為保護您或他人的生命、身體或財產安全，或經您同意。
六、資料保存與安全
資料在傳輸過程中以 HTTPS 加密，並儲存於具存取控制的雲端服務（Google Cloud／Firebase）。我們僅在提供服務所需期間保存資料；分析與診斷資料依各第三方服務的保存期限處理。
七、您的權利與資料刪除
- 您可以隨時在系統設定中關閉推播通知；在 iOS 上可關閉「允許 App 請求追蹤」，在 Android 上可重設或刪除廣告 ID。
- 解除安裝本 App 後，裝置上的資料即會移除，匿名識別碼也無法再與您連結。
- 如需查詢、更正或刪除與您相關的資料，請寄信至 app@tw-baseball-fans.air2000.dev，我們會在合理期間內處理。訂閱的取消與退款請透過 Google Play 或 App Store 辦理。
八、兒童隱私
本 App 並非專為 13 歲以下兒童設計，我們不會刻意蒐集兒童的個人資料。若您發現兒童向我們提供了個人資料，請與我們聯絡，我們將予以刪除。
九、政策修訂
我們可能因應功能或法規變更修訂本政策，修訂後將公布於本頁面並更新生效日期。

TW Baseball Fans Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 13, 2026
1. App and Developer Information
This Privacy Policy applies to the following mobile application published by the developer Air2000 (the "App"):
The App is an unofficial app for Chinese Professional Baseball League (CPBL) scores, schedules, standings and player stats, and is not affiliated with the CPBL. This policy covers the Google Play and Apple App Store versions of the App, including its widgets and watch app.
2. Information We Collect
The App does not require an account and does not ask for your name, phone number or address. We only collect what is needed to provide the service:
- Anonymous user ID: generated by Firebase Authentication anonymous sign-in, used to store your preferences, notification settings and subscription status. It does not contain your name or email.
- Preferences: such as your favorite team and notification / Live Activity tracking settings.
- Push notification tokens: if you allow notifications, we store your device push token (Firebase Cloud Messaging / Apple Push Notification service) to deliver game notifications.
- Purchase records: if you subscribe, purchase credentials provided by Google Play or the App Store (e.g. purchase token, transaction ID) are sent to our server for verification. We never receive or store your payment card details; payments are handled by Google Play or Apple.
- Usage and diagnostics: such as screens viewed, feature interaction events, app version, device model, OS version, and crash and error logs, used to improve quality and stability.
- Device and advertising identifiers: the free version shows Google AdMob ads, which may use the advertising ID (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA) and IP address to serve and measure ads. On iOS, IDFA is only used for personalized ads if you allow tracking via App Tracking Transparency; otherwise only non-personalized ads are shown.
- Information you provide: if you contact us by email, we receive your email address, your message, and any device information you choose to include (app version, device model, OS version).
The App does not access your precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide scores, schedules, notifications, widgets, Live Activities and other core features.
- To store your preferences and verify or restore subscriptions.
- To analyze feature usage and detect and fix crashes and errors.
- To show ads in the free version.
- To respond to your inquiries and feedback.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services, which process data under their own privacy policies:
The App displays or links to external content such as the official CPBL website and YouTube. Those sites are not covered by this policy; please refer to their own privacy policies.
5. Sharing
Apart from the service providers listed above processing data on our behalf, we do not provide, rent or sell your personal information to others, except where required by law or a competent authority, to protect the life, safety or property of you or others, or with your consent.
6. Retention and Security
Data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled cloud services (Google Cloud / Firebase). We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service; analytics and diagnostic data follow the retention periods of the respective third-party services.
7. Your Choices and Data Deletion
- You can turn off push notifications in system settings at any time; on iOS you can turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track", and on Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID.
- Uninstalling the App removes its data from your device, and the anonymous ID can no longer be linked to you.
- To access, correct or delete data related to you, email app@tw-baseball-fans.air2000.dev and we will respond within a reasonable time. Subscription cancellations and refunds are handled through Google Play or the App Store.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in features or regulations. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
