Firestick 3 Dots On Screen
My firestick is stuck on the 3 dots, and I've tried all the above tips to get it to work. I feel like giving up on it, unless someone from Amazon actually has a real solution to fix the logo loop stuck on 3 dots issue. The screen is frozen with just Fire TV with three dots below going back and forth.
In addition my fire stick remote has Technician's Assistant chat Customer: The screen is frozen, showing just the Fire TV with three dots moving back and forth. Additionally, my Fire Stick remote has a green flashing light instead of a blue one. My fire stick is stuck on the fire tv screen with the 3 pulsing dots.
Tried all the solutions, unplugging, trying to reset to factory settings with the remote. But the remote is just flashing the orange light. Taken batteries out remote, nothing.

Found a fix for myself. 5-STEP TOSHIBA 4K FIRE TV FIX 1-UNPLUG THE TV CABLE FROM THE BACK 2-HOLD THE POWER BUTTON OF THE TV ON THE RIGHT SIDE WHILE YOU PLUG BACK IN, AS YOU PAST THE AMAZON LOGO RELEASE BUTTON NOW UR IN THE "ANDROID RECOVERY" (QUICK PRESS TO SELECT,LONG PRESS ACTIVATE) 3-I DID wipe data/factory reset then i did wipe cache partition, 4-then 1st option reboot system, TV restarted.
