Rec Room Quest 1 Flickering
I have a 1 to same problem but if you have a pc you can install the oculus app and play rec room on there but if you don't have a pc you ether buy a pc or a new headset. We understand that this news may come as a disappointment to players still using this platform. My screen keeps flickering to the game and back to SteamVR home! So, I have a Windows Mixed Reality headset (the Samsung Odyssey+) and I finally got SteamVR to work (after it crashing 5 million times) then when I had loaded Rec Room, the game kept flickering rapidly to the SteamVR home then back to the game.

Today there was another update but didn't fix the problem I want to play the rec room. I do t have the funds for another headset game right now. These systems cost way to much to just to be discarded like 10 dollar walkie talkie.
Flickering black screen while playing RecRoom Help The past couple of days that I've been playing RecRoom I've been getting a flashing black screen while playing and it was bothering me a ton. Rec Room is the best place to build and play games together. Rec Room is free, and cross plays on everything from phones to VR headsets. Ever since the graphics bug made Rec Room mostly unplayable on Quest 1, I've been finding ways to still play the game. This is my guide for anybody who is still using Quest 1 (and I have seen other Quest 1 users still talking about this and finding their own ways so please share it with anybody you know who could benefit).
Is everyone seeing a lot of flickering when playing Rec Room on the Quest? I can see it in other games too but really a lot in Rec Room (one of my favorite games).
