Pregnant Clogging Toilet

I keep taking MASSIVE dumps and clogging the toilet each time I go number 2. (37 weeks today). I should be thankful to be able to poop at this stage of my pregnancy and I am, but I'm slightly embarrassed.

I've seriously clogged the toilet this pregnancy about 50 times it seems like. I expect it to clog when I've got a painful poo but I just had a nice smooth one and it STILL clogged! Grrrr. I have clogged the toilet maybe 2-3 times in my entire pregnancy but I tell myself it's the 50 yr old house I live in and the horrible pipes etc in the house.

The toilet has to be flushed 2x normally anyway with pee in it as well. Glad to hear there is a name for them! Can't be the house, we are the first to ever live in it! When the clog trouble starts, tap the back of the toilet with your feet, and this would dislodge the clogged poop.
