All parts can be printed with standard settings :) Optionally you have two differnt STLs for the white texture you see in the pictures in the tray surface. If you want to print them, first print the texture with max. 1 layer and height max. 0,2mm. Then print the tray STL exactly positioned in the slicer on the same print bed where you printed the texture before. Just print over that. Some printers will set a Z-offset if they detect the texture on the print bed - you need to turn that of. Need help here - ask me please! :)
