[00:05.840 --> 00:09.800] We'll see you back here tomorrow night at 7, can I, everybody? [00:09.800 --> 00:24.160] Good evening, welcome to Tucker Carlson tonight, so here's the actual headline, the one [00:24.160 --> 00:27.960] that should be running, but isn't Bernie Sanders is now officially the front runner for [00:27.960 --> 00:32.520] the Democratic nomination, Sanders won the New Hampshire primary last night. [00:32.520 --> 00:35.280] He received the most votes, he will get the most delegates. [00:35.280 --> 00:39.440] Now, the Democratic contest now turns to the state of Nevada, Sanders is likely to win [00:39.440 --> 00:40.440] there, too. [00:40.440 --> 00:44.640] So, at this point in the betting markets agree on this, Sanders is the odds on favorite [00:44.640 --> 00:46.640] to face Donald Trump in November. [00:46.640 --> 00:50.880] So, pause for a moment and think about what that means, it's kind of an amazing story, [00:50.880 --> 00:51.880] really. [00:51.880 --> 00:56.920] For decades, Bernie Sanders was dismissed out of hand as a crank, an ideological antico-weirdo [00:56.920 --> 01:01.360] with excessive ear hair and Soviet sympathies, all of which essentially was true. [01:01.360 --> 01:05.000] Nobody in Washington took Bernie Sanders seriously, not for a moment. [01:05.000 --> 01:09.880] He wasn't even technically a Democrat, he was a proud independent who despised the Democratic [01:09.880 --> 01:10.880] party. [01:10.880 --> 01:15.760] And now, all of a sudden, the odds makers are telling us that Bernie Sanders is likely to take [01:15.760 --> 01:19.040] over the Democratic party, the whole thing. [01:19.040 --> 01:20.040] Amazing. [01:20.040 --> 01:24.440] So, no matter what you think of him, Bernie Sanders' rise is one of the most remarkable [01:24.440 --> 01:29.280] developments in American politics in decades, and yet the political press is essentially [01:29.280 --> 01:30.280] not covering it. [01:30.280 --> 01:32.000] Many have decided it's just not happening. [01:32.000 --> 01:36.120] They've been told by their masters of the DNC to stop Sanders and for weeks they've worked [01:36.120 --> 01:37.520] their best to affect that. [01:37.520 --> 01:41.640] A couple of weeks ago, they clued with Elizabeth Warren to call Sanders a sexist, that [01:41.640 --> 01:42.640] failed. [01:42.640 --> 01:47.160] So, now they're pretending that losing candidates are actually the winners. [01:47.160 --> 01:53.280] A Kyron, an MSNBC last night, read this quote, but a judge, Klobuchar, and Sanders leading [01:53.280 --> 01:58.760] into Hampshire, in other words, perfectly inverting reality in the state of the race. [01:58.760 --> 02:03.800] Then Chris Matthews came on stream to explain that, actually, Bernie Sanders didn't win. [02:03.800 --> 02:06.360] I mean, yeah, he got the most votes, but that doesn't matter. [02:06.360 --> 02:07.360] What is this? [02:07.360 --> 02:08.360] Some kind of democracy? [02:08.360 --> 02:13.200] A wins a win, as you say, at the New York Times, New York football giants, yes. [02:13.200 --> 02:19.080] But it wasn't the victory of a guy that got 60 percent last time, and Buttigieg and Klobuchar [02:19.080 --> 02:23.440] together, trans Bernie tonight. [02:23.440 --> 02:27.920] You following that, if you take two totally different candidates and you meld them into a single [02:27.920 --> 02:31.000] person, Sanders would, in fact, be in second place. [02:31.000 --> 02:33.000] Take that, Bernie Bros. [02:33.000 --> 02:38.360] But even if you use Chris Matthews math, you couldn't hide the biggest loser last night. [02:38.360 --> 02:41.160] And that, of course, was media pointed frontrunner Joe Biden. [02:41.160 --> 02:45.200] During a rare moment of lucidity last fall, Biden in a complete sentence, promised he [02:45.200 --> 02:46.840] was going to win New Hampshire. [02:46.840 --> 02:51.000] Instead, last night, he finished fifth, his vote total at the end was closer to zero [02:51.000 --> 02:53.440] than it was to what Bernie Sanders got. [02:53.440 --> 02:58.160] In fact, Biden failed so completely in New Hampshire that he didn't even bother to speak [02:58.160 --> 03:02.760] to his supporters in the state, many of whom have campaigned his behalf for a year. [03:02.760 --> 03:07.080] Instead, he blew them off completely and fled to South Carolina, where he delivered a bizarre [03:07.080 --> 03:11.360] rambling speech declaring that New Hampshire voters don't matter anyway, who cares about [03:11.360 --> 03:13.520] them, they're the wrong skin color. [03:13.520 --> 03:19.160] Up until now, we haven't heard from the most committed constituents in the Democratic Party, [03:19.160 --> 03:20.560] the African-American community. [03:20.560 --> 03:28.920] I want Joe to think of a number, 99.9%, that's the percentage of African-American voters [03:28.920 --> 03:33.320] who have not yet had a chance to vote in America. [03:33.320 --> 03:39.560] One more number, 99.8, that's the percentage of the, so when you hear all these punins [03:39.560 --> 03:45.640] and experts, cable TV talkers, talk about the race, tell them, it ain't over, man, we're [03:45.640 --> 03:49.720] just getting started. [03:49.720 --> 03:54.000] Our votes count, too. [03:54.000 --> 03:55.240] Our votes count. [03:55.240 --> 03:56.600] You heard that, right? [03:56.600 --> 04:00.760] Biden's plans resuscitated his campaign, make it about race. [04:00.760 --> 04:04.240] Now that, of course, is a tactic that Democrats have used for over a hundred years. [04:04.240 --> 04:08.000] There's nothing uglier than that, though, unfortunately, it's sometimes effective. [04:08.000 --> 04:10.000] Listen to this, it's Biden's new ad. [04:10.000 --> 04:14.120] He plays the role of civil rights marcher, fresh out of gospel choir practice. [04:14.120 --> 04:15.120] Listen. [04:15.120 --> 04:17.360] We don't feel no waste tired. [04:17.360 --> 04:23.120] We've come too far from where we started, nobody told me the road to busy, and I don't [04:23.120 --> 04:25.760] believe he brought me to this far to stop now. [04:25.760 --> 04:31.160] You don't like what's going on in this country only if one thing to do, work together [04:31.160 --> 04:34.240] we can and we'll win. [04:34.240 --> 04:39.200] Let's take back this country now. [04:39.200 --> 04:44.720] So if you're Biden's age and you're literally this close, probably weeks away to retiring [04:44.720 --> 04:49.400] to Del Boca Vista, why do you grage yourself like that? [04:49.400 --> 04:55.280] That was pandering so blatant, you got to wonder if Biden got it from Hillary Clinton. [04:55.280 --> 05:05.040] I don't feel no waste tired, I come too far from where I started from, nobody told [05:05.040 --> 05:15.200] me that the road would be easy, I don't believe he brought me this far to leave me. [05:15.200 --> 05:19.000] Imagine talking like that, how much would you hate yourself? [05:19.000 --> 05:23.760] Look, Biden thought it was great so he copied it, said, a campaign that should have [05:23.760 --> 05:28.000] been utilized a long time ago, but the same press corps that told you Joe Biden was [05:28.000 --> 05:33.040] the frontrunner and ignored his obvious infirmity, is enabling him once again and they're [05:33.040 --> 05:38.960] doing that by playing along as he reframes this entire contest as really something [05:38.960 --> 05:40.600] about race. [05:40.600 --> 05:44.960] According to the media, New Hampshire's voters, just like the voters in Iowa, don't really [05:44.960 --> 05:49.480] matter, they don't count because they're the wrong color, they're telling you that MSN [05:49.480 --> 05:53.880] to see anchor Craig Melvin tweeted this and we're quoting, an accurate headline would [05:53.880 --> 05:58.880] read Bernie Sanders' wins, Amy surges and surprises, black and brown voters now start [05:58.880 --> 06:01.280] casting primary ballots. [06:01.280 --> 06:04.960] Please talk about somebody who doesn't even read the newspaper, black and brown voters [06:04.960 --> 06:07.920] as he said had been voting from the beginning and by the way, plenty of them have voted [06:07.920 --> 06:08.920] for Bernie Sanders. [06:08.920 --> 06:14.080] He won their votes in Iowa, almost certainly when heavily Hispanic Nevada. [06:14.080 --> 06:17.240] But take three steps back, why are we even having this conversation? [06:17.240 --> 06:21.320] Do you really want to live in a country where votes are tallyed by race? [06:21.320 --> 06:23.040] They do, but do you? [06:23.040 --> 06:24.320] How do you think that ends? [06:24.320 --> 06:27.120] It ends badly every single time. [06:27.120 --> 06:28.120] So why are they doing this? [06:28.120 --> 06:29.680] What's pretty obvious why they're doing it? [06:29.680 --> 06:34.000] As long as voters are divided by race and that's their aim to divide them, they're [06:34.000 --> 06:38.400] less likely to notice that the real debates in this country and the real problems are [06:38.400 --> 06:39.800] about economics. [06:39.800 --> 06:44.200] Issues like rising inequality, a detached elite willing to cash out even if it means [06:44.200 --> 06:49.720] sending all American jobs to China, for Wall Street, witness is a fantastic and highly [06:49.720 --> 06:51.520] effective diversion. [06:51.520 --> 06:54.800] Goldman Sachs will gladly issue a press release saying they're banning all white [06:54.800 --> 06:55.800] IPOs. [06:55.800 --> 06:57.000] They did it last month. [06:57.000 --> 07:01.360] They're happy to do it as long as it keeps Democrats from raising their taxes. [07:01.360 --> 07:05.920] That's all they care about is the money and they're willing to rip the country in half. [07:05.920 --> 07:08.200] Stoke racial conflict away with looting the country. [07:08.200 --> 07:09.200] That's the truth. [07:09.200 --> 07:12.720] Now, it's tempting to assume that the press is going along with this because they know [07:12.720 --> 07:13.720] what's happening. [07:13.720 --> 07:14.720] But that's probably not true. [07:14.720 --> 07:15.720] They're probably just dumb. [07:15.720 --> 07:17.160] They have no idea. [07:17.160 --> 07:20.200] These are the same people who thought better or work was the next Bobby Kennedy. [07:20.200 --> 07:21.200] They don't know anything. [07:21.200 --> 07:23.160] They didn't even know what they're saying. [07:23.160 --> 07:24.160] Keep that in mind. [07:24.160 --> 07:26.760] The next time you tell you, a peat Buddha judge is going to be president. [07:26.760 --> 07:27.760] Okay. [07:27.760 --> 07:28.760] Richard Goodsien is an attorney. [07:28.760 --> 07:31.120] He's a former advisor to Bill and Hillary Clinton joins us tonight. [07:31.120 --> 07:32.320] Richard, thanks so much for coming up. [07:32.320 --> 07:34.320] So I understand that you're upset about Bernie Sanders. [07:34.320 --> 07:35.320] I get it. [07:35.320 --> 07:36.520] I'm not for Bernie Sanders. [07:36.520 --> 07:39.400] But when Barack Obama was president, I hated it. [07:39.400 --> 07:40.400] I didn't think it was a good president. [07:40.400 --> 07:42.000] But at least I admitted he was president. [07:42.000 --> 07:43.400] I didn't pretend he wasn't. [07:43.400 --> 07:44.400] I'm seeing Democrats. [07:44.400 --> 07:47.400] Bernie Sanders is just not the front runner because I don't want it to be true so we can't [07:47.400 --> 07:48.400] be. [07:48.400 --> 07:49.400] What do you make of that? [07:49.400 --> 07:54.520] So there are two groups of people that talk about Bernie Sanders being front runner. [07:54.520 --> 08:01.000] One or Bernie Sanders supporters, two are people who engage in wishful thinking hoping that [08:01.000 --> 08:04.920] he'll be the front runner and the eventual nominee because they know what a weak general [08:04.920 --> 08:07.920] election candidate he'll be. [08:07.920 --> 08:11.640] I don't know where since you declared him a front runner, I don't know which category [08:11.640 --> 08:12.640] you're in. [08:12.640 --> 08:14.640] But I'm just saying that's it. [08:14.640 --> 08:19.640] And let me just say, 40 years ago, I'm a math guy actually, that's why I say this. [08:19.640 --> 08:24.800] 40 years ago, 40 years ago at this precise time right after New Hampshire, Bernie was [08:24.800 --> 08:26.640] actually up for delegates. [08:26.640 --> 08:29.240] He's now down to Buttigieg. [08:29.240 --> 08:33.840] So again, you have to accept when I'm saying he's not the front runner other than [08:33.840 --> 08:35.840] in people's imagination. [08:35.840 --> 08:36.840] Okay. [08:36.840 --> 08:40.400] So since you mentioned it four years ago, I was on television and you can check the [08:40.400 --> 08:41.400] tape. [08:41.400 --> 08:43.400] I thought that Bernie Sanders was going to be the nominee. [08:43.400 --> 08:44.400] I never thought he was the front runner. [08:44.400 --> 08:46.200] I don't care where he was in the process. [08:46.200 --> 08:50.560] I'm looking at this layout and I'm recognizing what's very obvious to anyone who's not [08:50.560 --> 08:53.560] emotionally involved, which is no one can stop Bernie. [08:53.560 --> 08:58.280] You can't hire some, you know, tiny mayor from New York or from South Bend even to [08:58.280 --> 09:02.440] command and just like force himself on Democratic voters, they agree with Bernie, they [09:02.440 --> 09:04.840] like Bernie and I don't see who's going to stop him. [09:04.840 --> 09:05.840] Who is going to stop him? [09:05.840 --> 09:09.720] So I think he's stopping himself and the evidence is actually in the numbers. [09:09.720 --> 09:15.120] He got less than half of the vote in Iowa last week than he got four years ago. [09:15.120 --> 09:20.120] He got way less than half last night in New Hampshire than he got four years ago. [09:20.120 --> 09:24.360] Hey, I'm so I hate to interrupt, I'm sincerely like, how many, how many people was he [09:24.360 --> 09:25.680] running against four years ago? [09:25.680 --> 09:26.960] How many people was he running against this time? [09:26.960 --> 09:31.920] I mean, again, I refer you back to mathematics, which is like kind of a part of nature, [09:31.920 --> 09:32.800] like it doesn't cheat, right? [09:32.800 --> 09:35.480] So he had many more opponents this time. [09:35.480 --> 09:37.200] So of course he got a smaller percentage now. [09:37.200 --> 09:42.120] Well, but there were 75,000 people that voted for him last time that didn't vote for him [09:42.120 --> 09:43.120] this time. [09:43.120 --> 09:46.240] He won all but four towns in New Hampshire last time. [09:46.240 --> 09:48.320] He lost over 90 this time. [09:48.320 --> 09:52.640] So again, I'm saying he's not wearing well, you, of course you will, I'm just so [09:52.640 --> 09:57.120] you say who can beat him, the answer is all the, look, there's a narrative that says, [09:57.120 --> 10:01.840] oh, the Democrats are being overtaken by liberals and progressives and socialist, the voters [10:01.840 --> 10:06.520] say otherwise, the voters in the aggregate are voting more for moderate candidates in Iowa [10:06.520 --> 10:09.280] and New Hampshire so far than they are for liberals. [10:09.280 --> 10:10.280] It's simple. [10:10.280 --> 10:11.280] You're absolutely right. [10:11.280 --> 10:12.280] You're absolutely right. [10:12.280 --> 10:13.280] Oh, no. [10:13.280 --> 10:19.360] The problem is aggregate is not a candidate, can see it's an amalgam of a bunch of people. [10:19.360 --> 10:20.760] It's a bunch of separate candidates. [10:20.760 --> 10:24.880] And Democrats have a line up behind somebody to beat him and if they don't, he's the nominee, [10:24.880 --> 10:27.240] he'll lose, he'll get clobbered. [10:27.240 --> 10:29.200] Democrats can't stand in line as you well know. [10:29.200 --> 10:30.600] They don't queue well. [10:30.600 --> 10:32.160] Richard, great to see you. [10:32.160 --> 10:33.160] Thank you. [10:33.160 --> 10:34.320] Thank you. [10:34.320 --> 10:38.600] So after Joe Biden, the other big loser on Tuesday was another ex-front on our list of [10:38.600 --> 10:39.600] with Warren. [10:39.600 --> 10:40.600] She finished fourth. [10:40.600 --> 10:44.320] She had barely half the votes of the third place finished her Amy Klobuchar. [10:44.320 --> 10:45.560] If you're not good. [10:45.560 --> 10:50.120] So officially Elizabeth Warren's presidential campaign is still going, nobody believes really [10:50.120 --> 10:51.120] it means anything. [10:51.120 --> 10:54.680] In fact, we can't say at this point, what exactly Elizabeth Warren is running for. [10:54.680 --> 10:56.000] Maybe she hopes to give a few delegates. [10:56.000 --> 10:58.880] She can exchange for a cabinet job if the Democrat wins. [10:58.880 --> 11:03.480] Maybe she wants to sabotage Bernie Sanders because he's a sexist by siphoning votes from [11:03.480 --> 11:04.240] him. [11:04.240 --> 11:07.440] Maybe she's like traveling around giving speeches with lots of servants throughout her [11:07.440 --> 11:09.920] flying on private planes which she loves to do. [11:09.920 --> 11:13.200] But one thing for certain, Warren is not running for president because she thinks she can [11:13.200 --> 11:15.680] become president because she can't. [11:15.680 --> 11:19.840] Despite that, in her non-concession speech last night, and this is very telling, Warren [11:19.840 --> 11:24.640] bragged about taking half the bank account of a broke college student to finance her [11:24.640 --> 11:25.640] doomed ambitions. [11:25.640 --> 11:26.640] Watch this. [11:26.640 --> 11:34.040] Young woman came up by herself and she said, ah, I'm a broke college student with a lot [11:34.040 --> 11:40.920] of students running debt and she said, I checked and I have six dollars in the bank. [11:40.920 --> 11:46.720] So I just gave three dollars to keep you in this fight. [11:46.720 --> 11:47.960] That's what we got to do. [11:47.960 --> 11:53.600] We got to stay in this fight with people who are counting on us. [11:53.600 --> 12:00.440] She literally begging money from the indigent to continue a campaign that can't win. [12:00.440 --> 12:01.800] It's not really a campaign at that point. [12:01.800 --> 12:06.000] It's a religious movement or a culture something, but really, didn't even happen. [12:06.000 --> 12:07.000] It's the story. [12:07.000 --> 12:08.000] Real, who knows? [12:08.000 --> 12:11.360] Warren has been caught lying about so many things we can actually check just to imagine [12:11.360 --> 12:14.760] what she says, when she can't be caught, I mean, really. [12:14.760 --> 12:18.360] So it's something to say that Warren collapsed that her campaign died because she lies [12:18.360 --> 12:21.080] a lot, but that's actually not the case. [12:21.080 --> 12:22.240] Warren's been lying for a long time. [12:22.240 --> 12:23.760] She pretended to be an American Indian. [12:23.760 --> 12:28.160] Remember that that happened before she launched her campaign, voters knew it and yet for [12:28.160 --> 12:32.480] a while, she was the Democratic Frontler, so clearly Democrats were willing to forgive [12:32.480 --> 12:34.080] her fabrications. [12:34.080 --> 12:38.080] No, she destroyed her campaign for different, much more interesting reason. [12:38.080 --> 12:42.840] Warren fell apart for the same reason that Betua Work did because in place of a message [12:42.840 --> 12:49.640] and actual message that you nice people around ideas and policies, she went all in, unwokeness, [12:49.640 --> 12:50.960] all in. [12:50.960 --> 12:55.680] Every appearance brought out a new facet to her remarkable wokeness. [12:55.680 --> 12:59.360] It was her town hall endorsing race-based reparations. [12:59.360 --> 13:07.320] I believe it's time to start the national full-blown conversation about reparations in this [13:07.320 --> 13:11.040] country. [13:11.040 --> 13:15.640] So she wrote that for a but then by summer, that wasn't enough reparations old hat. [13:15.640 --> 13:21.280] But Warren is nothing if not creative, so she invented a brand new kind of racism, a whole [13:21.280 --> 13:22.480] new category. [13:22.480 --> 13:23.480] Watch this. [13:23.480 --> 13:29.920] We're living a country now where the president is advancing environmental racism, economic [13:29.920 --> 13:35.160] racism, criminal justice racism, health care racism. [13:35.160 --> 13:40.200] Yep, Warren was pledging to fight health care racism. [13:40.200 --> 13:44.720] Is that committed by Dr. She never explained, our nurses coming in health care racism, who [13:44.720 --> 13:45.720] knows? [13:45.720 --> 13:46.720] But she was going to eliminate it. [13:46.720 --> 13:48.720] It was the last thing she did. [13:48.720 --> 13:50.160] But then she got going. [13:50.160 --> 13:55.880] By early this year, Warren was promising to let transgender children pick her cabinet members [13:55.880 --> 13:56.880] for real. [13:56.880 --> 14:04.080] I'm going to have a secretary of education that this young trans person, interviews on my [14:04.080 --> 14:12.240] behalf, and only if this person believes that our secretary or secretary of education nominate [14:12.240 --> 14:18.800] is someone who is committed to creating a welcoming environment, a safe environment and a [14:18.800 --> 14:23.280] full educational curriculum for everyone, will that person actually be advanced to [14:23.280 --> 14:25.280] the secretary of education? [14:25.280 --> 14:30.960] So was that pandering? [14:30.960 --> 14:32.680] Was that scripted? [14:32.680 --> 14:34.200] No, it wasn't. [14:34.200 --> 14:38.240] No lobby group told her to say that you couldn't make that up. [14:38.240 --> 14:40.840] She came to that on her own, because you know what? [14:40.840 --> 14:42.240] She meant it. [14:42.240 --> 14:48.720] After a while, the wokeness infected her brain so completely took over Elizabeth Warren. [14:48.720 --> 14:53.720] It's she really believed couples, great idea, gender non-binary people, the backbone [14:53.720 --> 14:54.720] of our democracy. [14:54.720 --> 15:00.440] Eventually it was too much, even for liberals, they looked at this and said, what's [15:00.440 --> 15:02.480] what the hell are you talking about? [15:02.480 --> 15:05.720] Bernie Sanders mean why was promising universal healthcare? [15:05.720 --> 15:10.000] Something they actually want, whether it's a good idea or not, something people wanted. [15:10.000 --> 15:13.200] Warren tried to jump on and promise the same thing, except she said she would magically [15:13.200 --> 15:15.400] do without raising taxes on the middle class. [15:15.400 --> 15:19.240] Again, even Democrats couldn't buy it after a while. [15:19.240 --> 15:23.000] When Warren finally gives up this charade, I'm running for president, no you're not, [15:23.000 --> 15:24.000] please. [15:24.000 --> 15:32.560] Will you be able to sum her campaign up in three words, died of wokeness? [15:32.560 --> 15:37.200] So if presidential campaigns were sold in kits like Model Airplanes, Pete Buttigieg [15:37.200 --> 15:42.600] would be president for life, he's so fake that if you look closely, you will see [15:42.600 --> 15:47.480] a glued dripping from his shirt sleeves, naturally the president loves him and loved him [15:47.480 --> 15:50.440] from the second he started running. [15:50.440 --> 15:56.240] There he was yesterday, front and center, now third in the polls with a speech that many [15:56.240 --> 15:57.720] have said are historic. [15:57.720 --> 16:01.640] He's inspirational so far and that's something that voters absolutely want. [16:01.640 --> 16:03.240] He has this appeal for a lot of reasons. [16:03.240 --> 16:07.680] He is a veteran, he is openly gay, he is from Indiana. [16:07.680 --> 16:12.960] That this guy is chicken soup for my soul. [16:12.960 --> 16:18.160] The thing about love is when it's real, it just gets a deeper and more intense and sometimes [16:18.160 --> 16:19.600] even more passionate. [16:19.600 --> 16:23.040] Ten months later, that's where we are, the press loves him. [16:23.040 --> 16:28.120] Now most of America is wondering if Pete Buttigieg actually has a soul, but late night [16:28.120 --> 16:33.800] MSNBC reporter Vaughn, Hilliard gushed that the boy wonder has the greatest soul of all. [16:33.800 --> 16:38.440] God bless Pete Buttigieg, but he kind of talks at the level of Mr. Rogers and with that [16:38.440 --> 16:44.120] sort of like a poiser and poise and if you go back and read the transcript of his speech, [16:44.120 --> 16:48.400] it's like he typed it out and he has the comma and everything perfectly because he speaks [16:48.400 --> 16:49.400] and perfect sentences. [16:49.400 --> 16:50.400] It's impressive. [16:50.400 --> 16:51.400] He's an amazing human being. [16:51.400 --> 16:55.520] Oftentimes you hear, especially these older voters who he's doing well with is their son [16:55.520 --> 16:59.160] or the person that they want their son or daughter to be friends with or date. [16:59.160 --> 17:05.840] Yeah, if you could sum up, he's just an amazing human being. [17:05.840 --> 17:06.840] That's journalism. [17:06.840 --> 17:08.400] Chad McMory is a journalist actually. [17:08.400 --> 17:09.400] He lives in New York. [17:09.400 --> 17:10.840] We're always happy to have him, especially tonight. [17:10.840 --> 17:13.080] Chad McGrath to see you, so you heard it. [17:13.080 --> 17:17.040] Pete Buttigieg is chicken soup for the soul. [17:17.040 --> 17:18.040] How do you assess that? [17:18.040 --> 17:22.120] They've certainly got a crush, don't they? [17:22.120 --> 17:25.080] I might, nothing he says makes any sense. [17:25.080 --> 17:29.120] You listen to him speak and it's like his speeches are put through an Obama word. [17:29.120 --> 17:30.120] We're generator. [17:30.120 --> 17:36.080] We're going to imagine here the better future for the voice says nothing when he speaks. [17:36.080 --> 17:38.160] He has absolutely no leadership skills. [17:38.160 --> 17:42.160] He's accomplished nothing in his life that would impress an average person. [17:42.160 --> 17:46.960] It certainly impresses the folks who work in media that he's a road scholar and can speak [17:46.960 --> 17:49.200] a couple languages. [17:49.200 --> 17:55.000] Nothing else, 37-year-old mayor of a crumbling, very, very racially and economically divided [17:55.000 --> 17:57.120] surfdom in Indiana. [17:57.120 --> 18:01.760] And here they are, trying to create a celebrity, trying to create a leader where they're [18:01.760 --> 18:10.200] absolutely simply without a doubt is not one, and that is undeniable. [18:10.200 --> 18:13.200] It's every speech is an avalanche of binalities. [18:13.200 --> 18:18.340] I mean, you can suffocate beneath hollow phrases by the millions that just dump down from [18:18.340 --> 18:19.340] Mount Buttigieg. [18:19.340 --> 18:22.440] So, I mean, does this guy have a chance? [18:22.440 --> 18:27.040] Well, here's what I keep thinking is that with Biden tanking in the early, in the early [18:27.040 --> 18:30.480] states, I mean, first of all, look, we just had primaries in the caucus and a primarian [18:30.480 --> 18:32.680] to the widest states in the country, right? [18:32.680 --> 18:34.200] We're peeped in fairly well. [18:34.200 --> 18:35.200] That's not so surprising. [18:35.200 --> 18:40.880] Pete does terrible among black voters and recent polls with Democrat, black voters. [18:40.880 --> 18:42.480] He didn't even register. [18:42.480 --> 18:48.040] That means less than 1%, votes than 0%, Democrats can't win elections without black voters [18:48.040 --> 18:49.760] motivated to get out. [18:49.760 --> 18:51.400] They really don't like mayor Pete. [18:51.400 --> 18:55.240] So the next, the next couple of primaries will be interesting. [18:55.240 --> 18:59.560] I personally sort of see the already getting behind him because if Biden is a, if the [18:59.560 --> 19:03.720] nation sort of onto the fact that Biden is a two incompetent or what have you to be there [19:03.720 --> 19:08.640] not me, if there's anyone who looks like you can absolutely control him, if there's anyone [19:08.640 --> 19:12.320] who can get Wall Street money, if there's anyone who can be bought and sold, and will [19:12.320 --> 19:13.320] just play ball. [19:13.320 --> 19:14.320] That's it. [19:14.320 --> 19:15.320] It is mayor Pete. [19:15.320 --> 19:16.960] The man just wants to be famous. [19:16.960 --> 19:19.600] He just wants to see his name. [19:19.600 --> 19:23.040] One of his top advisors, he just hired Goldman Sachs guy. [19:23.040 --> 19:24.040] Exactly. [19:24.040 --> 19:25.040] Kevin Moore. [19:25.040 --> 19:26.040] Great to see you tonight. [19:26.040 --> 19:27.040] Thank you. [19:27.040 --> 19:32.760] Well both the creepy porn lawyer and Jesse Smollett are facing prison time because ultimately [19:32.760 --> 19:33.760] justice is real. [19:33.760 --> 19:38.960] The only Nancy Grace is here just to head, well, justice does exist. [19:38.960 --> 19:44.240] It's often imperfect and it's never been more imperfect than the case of Roger Stone, [19:44.240 --> 19:47.600] who is facing a grossly unjust prison sentence. [19:47.600 --> 20:00.040] It's likely the only president can fix it, we'll explain it next. [20:00.040 --> 20:03.240] Have you started a free trial of Fox Nation yet? [24:19.240 --> 24:23.800] Back in November, former Trump advisor Roger Stone was convicted of several charges related [24:23.800 --> 24:27.640] to the now officially discredited Russia investigation. [24:27.640 --> 24:31.320] Prosecutors claimed that Stone lied about communicating with a former stand-up comedian [24:31.320 --> 24:36.200] called Randy Credico, a man who's role in the story was so minor that it's already [24:36.200 --> 24:38.080] been lost to history. [24:38.080 --> 24:43.440] For this offense, prosecutors say Stone, who was 67 years old and has no criminal record, [24:43.440 --> 24:46.760] must spend up to nine years in prison. [24:46.760 --> 24:51.560] Now for perspective on that sentence, the typical rapist in this country spends four years [24:51.560 --> 24:56.600] in prison, armed robbers, three years, thugs who commit violent assault, less than a year [24:56.600 --> 24:57.600] and a half. [24:57.600 --> 25:04.680] But Roger Stone must do nine years until he is 76 years old for lying. [25:04.680 --> 25:06.280] Now there's some irony here. [25:06.280 --> 25:09.800] So-called criminal justice reform is fashionable in Washington right now. [25:09.800 --> 25:14.120] An awful lot of sex offenders and drug dealers and other predators, serious predators, [25:14.120 --> 25:16.560] have been released early from prison lately. [25:16.560 --> 25:18.920] It's compassionate, they're telling us. [25:18.920 --> 25:24.200] Yet somehow, nobody in DC believes that compassion ought to extend to Roger Stone, whose guilty [25:24.200 --> 25:27.480] of nonviolent, essentially political offenses. [25:27.480 --> 25:28.800] Notice the opposite. [25:28.800 --> 25:34.320] The usual moralizers seem gleeful at the thought that Stone will die in a cell. [25:34.320 --> 25:37.000] CNN has been especially ghoulish on the subject. [25:37.000 --> 25:40.880] You remember that prosecutors tipped off Jeff Soker's network last year so they could [25:40.880 --> 25:45.800] have cameras in place when dozens of federal agents armed with automatic weapons dragged [25:45.800 --> 25:49.840] to Roger Stone from his home at dawn, talk about state TV. [25:49.840 --> 25:54.040] For the last two days, the hyenas on CNN have been driven to hysteria by the thought [25:54.040 --> 25:59.120] of the justice department might reduce Roger Stone sentence even by a day. [25:59.120 --> 26:04.800] It is clearly, utterly offensive to the rule of law. [26:04.800 --> 26:07.240] This is what sets this country apart. [26:07.240 --> 26:09.560] This is what a banana republic does. [26:09.560 --> 26:11.480] This is what a dictator does. [26:11.480 --> 26:17.160] It is outrageous, I hope people are infuriated by this. [26:17.160 --> 26:22.200] The reason they're doing it is slimy, sleazy, dirty. [26:22.200 --> 26:26.480] Roger Stone is somebody I hold in minimum high esteem. [26:26.480 --> 26:33.280] So I was not unhappy to see him get seven to nine, but I didn't think I was too aggressive. [26:33.280 --> 26:36.640] I thought it was aggressive. [26:36.640 --> 26:42.040] 22nd was that really John Dean telling you how happy he is that Roger Stone will die [26:42.040 --> 26:43.440] in jail? [26:43.440 --> 26:50.080] So CNN's moral arbiter on questions of law and order is literally a convicted felon. [26:50.080 --> 26:53.680] It's enough to make your head spin, but at least it's now clear what's actually going [26:53.680 --> 26:54.680] on. [26:54.680 --> 26:57.320] This is a pure political hit. [26:57.320 --> 27:01.840] Roger Stone is facing prison because he is a high-profile Donald Trump supporter. [27:01.840 --> 27:02.840] It's that simple. [27:02.840 --> 27:03.840] You want proof? [27:03.840 --> 27:04.840] Here it is. [27:04.840 --> 27:07.600] Brandon and James Clapper will sleep at home tonight. [27:07.600 --> 27:12.800] Both have been caught lying under oath on camera about matters of national importance [27:12.800 --> 27:17.720] and yet neither is in jail, neither has been indicted, neither ever will be. [27:17.720 --> 27:22.640] The Stone case by contrast was transparently political from day one. [27:22.640 --> 27:27.280] The lead prosecutor Andrew Weisman is now literally an MSNBC contributor. [27:27.280 --> 27:32.560] The judge in the case, Amy Burman Jackson, is an out-of-control democratic partisan who purely [27:32.560 --> 27:37.160] out of spite strip Roger Stone of his first amendment rights and prevented him from making [27:37.160 --> 27:41.040] a living, coming on this show, for example, speaking at all in public. [27:41.040 --> 27:46.600] Now Stone and his wife, who is 71 years old and deaf, have lost their home because of [27:46.600 --> 27:47.600] this. [27:47.600 --> 27:50.400] They have no insurance, they're utterly broke. [27:50.400 --> 27:53.480] The whole thing is shocking and it's disgusting. [27:53.480 --> 27:57.200] It's a farce that discredits the entire American justice system. [27:57.200 --> 27:59.240] The president seems to understand that. [27:59.240 --> 28:03.840] And not allowed this miscarriage of justice he tweeted recently, he's right on a couple [28:03.840 --> 28:04.840] of levels. [28:04.840 --> 28:07.120] What's happening to Roger Stone is totally wrong. [28:07.120 --> 28:09.920] It's immoral and we should not allow it in this country. [28:09.920 --> 28:12.640] But politically it has significance too. [28:12.640 --> 28:16.600] Stone's prosecution was designed in part to confirm the fantasies that Democrats have [28:16.600 --> 28:20.560] constructed to explain the outcome of the 2016 election. [28:20.560 --> 28:22.480] His conviction helps their case. [28:22.480 --> 28:26.760] In other words, if the Russia collusion story was a hoax and of course it most certainly [28:26.760 --> 28:29.200] was a hoax, then why is Roger Stone? [28:29.200 --> 28:32.360] Going to prison for his role in it. [28:32.360 --> 28:37.360] If Roger Stone serves even a single day behind bars, the Russia lie will be validated [28:37.360 --> 28:39.440] as true. [28:39.440 --> 28:44.280] Stone's imprisonment will be prima facia evidence in the view of Democrats. [28:44.280 --> 28:46.640] So at this point there's really only one solution. [28:46.640 --> 28:52.560] The president must pardon Roger Stone or commute his sentence before he goes to jail. [28:52.560 --> 28:56.400] Democrats will howl if he does that, whether howling anyway, they howl every day. [28:56.400 --> 29:00.640] Chuck Schumer is now yelping about yet another investigation into Roger Stone. [29:00.640 --> 29:03.000] Russia gate two. [29:03.000 --> 29:08.840] In one entirely constitutional act, the president, Roger Stone's life, vindicate himself [29:08.840 --> 29:11.040] and end this nonsense forever. [29:11.040 --> 29:12.480] Let's hope he does it. [29:12.480 --> 29:16.560] We'll be watching. [29:16.560 --> 29:20.320] Tom Fitten has been following the Roger Stone case since day one he joins us. [29:20.320 --> 29:22.720] Now he's of course the president of judicial watch. [29:22.720 --> 29:28.320] Tom, this is the most political prosecution I've ever seen in this country. [29:28.320 --> 29:32.280] The more you know about it, the more shocking it is. [29:32.280 --> 29:38.480] Tell us why we should doubt the fairness of these proceedings. [29:38.480 --> 29:43.240] Well, it rises out of the Mueller investigation, which has been a thoroughly compromise by [29:43.240 --> 29:49.080] not only the Pfizer, but the political nature of the investigators, most of whom were [29:49.080 --> 29:52.080] Democrats or Democrat donors. [29:52.080 --> 29:58.320] You also have them investigating Trump for almost two years, knowing the underlying issue. [29:58.320 --> 30:00.840] Russia collusion was a big scam and a big lie. [30:00.840 --> 30:02.800] They knew that from the get go. [30:02.800 --> 30:07.040] And on the stone case, you have at least two of the investigators, two of the prosecutors [30:07.040 --> 30:12.360] who quote resigned from the case were Mueller operatives who have it obviously an interest [30:12.360 --> 30:13.360] here. [30:13.360 --> 30:17.600] And so when you have prosecutors in the justice department, three of whom, by the way, who [30:17.600 --> 30:24.680] resigned, three of those were Democrats, as best I can tell, pushing for a sentence that [30:24.680 --> 30:26.840] the law doesn't require. [30:26.840 --> 30:32.280] They're talking about putting someone in jail extra for an extra period of time beyond what [30:32.280 --> 30:33.680] the law would require. [30:33.680 --> 30:37.560] That's according to the Justice Department's own filing on Tuesday. [30:37.560 --> 30:42.600] You know, I don't understand we all that none of these so-called crimes would have been [30:42.600 --> 30:48.200] prosecuted if he hadn't been pulled into an investigation that led nowhere. [30:48.200 --> 30:50.720] In other words, he's being put in prison. [30:50.720 --> 30:55.640] He's being put in prison as an ancillary victim of an investigation that turned out to be [30:55.640 --> 30:56.640] frupless. [30:56.640 --> 31:02.240] So it's actually insane if you think that's presuming that there should have been a charge [31:02.240 --> 31:03.720] to begin with. [31:03.720 --> 31:05.800] He called this guy threatened his dog. [31:05.800 --> 31:07.440] It was obviously a silly threat. [31:07.440 --> 31:08.600] It wasn't a serious threat. [31:08.600 --> 31:11.360] He wasn't taken seriously by the alleged victim. [31:11.360 --> 31:12.920] The whole thing is alive. [31:12.920 --> 31:17.480] And these prosecutors go to the court the other day, these Mueller guys, and tell the court [31:17.480 --> 31:21.280] this is all part of the foreign intervention, which was a big lie. [31:21.280 --> 31:24.400] So you know, there's a scandal at the Justice Department. [31:24.400 --> 31:26.640] It has nothing to do with Bob Barr. [31:26.640 --> 31:31.880] It has everything to do with these prosecutors who are acting like their own little team [31:31.880 --> 31:37.000] independent of the rule of law to target President Trump, to try to vindicate the Mueller [31:37.000 --> 31:43.600] scam and slap it Trump after his vindication by acquittal and impeachment thing. [31:43.600 --> 31:47.600] This is all about politics and they want to put it in prison. [31:47.600 --> 31:48.600] You're right. [31:48.600 --> 31:49.600] They sent him to prison. [31:49.600 --> 31:54.640] They will use the fact he went to prison as a way to claim the Russian investigation [31:54.640 --> 31:55.640] was real. [31:55.640 --> 32:00.320] This man needs a pardon before he goes to jail for me and I'm sorry, we're totally out of [32:00.320 --> 32:01.320] time. [32:01.320 --> 32:03.320] Well, they should have pardoned. [32:03.320 --> 32:06.360] Trump to pardon everyone caught up in the Mueller scheme. [32:06.360 --> 32:09.640] I agree with that, but particularly Rodgers don't thank you. [32:09.640 --> 32:13.680] Most of the time, fortunately, Justice System does what it's supposed to do. [32:13.680 --> 32:17.520] Case in point, Jesse Smollett and the creepy porn layer both learning right now that [32:17.520 --> 32:18.520] they're in trouble. [32:18.520 --> 32:19.520] Probably for good reason. [32:19.520 --> 32:25.960] Nancy Grace joins us to assess after the break. [32:25.960 --> 32:27.360] You could have been keen. [36:29.840 --> 36:59.440] We've got news tonight from the ongoing saga of the creepy porn lawyer keep breaking [36:59.440 --> 37:00.440] news correspondent. [37:00.440 --> 37:02.040] Trace Gallagher is here with more on CPL. [37:02.040 --> 37:03.040] Trace? [37:03.040 --> 37:04.040] Yeah, I took it. [37:04.040 --> 37:07.240] The jury deliberated for five hours today before calling it a day, they're considering [37:07.240 --> 37:11.520] three separate charges, but the big one is extortion, which could send Stormy Daniels [37:11.520 --> 37:14.080] former attorney to prison for decades. [37:14.080 --> 37:18.840] He's accused of demanding that Nike pay him $25 million in exchange for him not going [37:18.840 --> 37:23.040] public with allegations that Nike was bribing high school athletes. [37:23.040 --> 37:27.720] During closing arguments, prosecutors played audio recordings of Stormy's former lawyer [37:27.720 --> 37:30.120] threatening to blow the whistle on Nike. [37:30.120 --> 37:34.040] Prosecutors told the jury, quote, that's what extortion sounds like. [37:34.040 --> 37:38.080] Defense attorneys insist there was no extortion and that the audio tapes were simply the [37:38.080 --> 37:40.760] rantings of an aggressive lawyer. [37:40.760 --> 37:45.840] When or lose after this trial, Stormy's former lawyer goes back to court on charges that [37:45.840 --> 37:50.640] he tried to cheat Stormy herself out of the proceeds of her book deal. [37:50.640 --> 37:53.040] That trial set to begin April 21st. [37:53.040 --> 37:57.520] He's also facing federal charges for stealing money from his other clients to maintain his [37:57.520 --> 38:01.000] bechouses, private planes, and luxury vacations. [38:01.000 --> 38:06.600] For now, he's staying at the not so luxurious Manhattan Metropolitan Correctional Center. [38:06.600 --> 38:07.600] Tucker. [38:07.600 --> 38:10.960] Trace Gallagher, thanks for the update. [38:10.960 --> 38:14.920] And more justice news tonight from the story of Jesse Smallet, which is not over a year [38:14.920 --> 38:18.920] ago, you'll remember the Chicago State's attorney Kimberly Fox, a friend of the Obama [38:18.920 --> 38:25.400] is not surprisingly inexplicably and clearly wrongly dropped all charges against Smallet [38:25.400 --> 38:27.560] for committing a fake hate crime. [38:27.560 --> 38:30.160] Now a special prosecutor has brought new charges. [38:30.160 --> 38:34.960] Nancy Grace hosts crime stories of Nancy Grace, right here on Fox Nation, we're happy to have [38:34.960 --> 38:35.960] for 10 Nancy. [38:35.960 --> 38:36.960] Thanks so much for coming on. [38:36.960 --> 38:41.880] So a lot of us never thought that Jesse Smallet would be back in court. [38:41.880 --> 38:43.240] How did this happen? [38:43.240 --> 38:45.360] Well, this is what happened. [38:45.360 --> 38:52.760] When Kim Fox, the then State's attorney there in Chicago, suddenly mysteriously and abruptly [38:52.760 --> 38:53.760] dropped charges. [38:53.760 --> 39:00.560] I guess Jesse's Millet, after speaking to his family and also people within Michelle [39:00.560 --> 39:05.560] Obama's staff, she suddenly dropped charges. [39:05.560 --> 39:10.640] Even when asked why she could not articulate why, well, everybody went berserk. [39:10.640 --> 39:15.240] I'm talking about the police chief, the union, the police union. [39:15.240 --> 39:16.240] They were angry. [39:16.240 --> 39:24.320] They wanted her head then an independent investigator was named to foresee to oversee what was [39:24.320 --> 39:32.560] happening and about 11 months later, and interestingly, Tucker, after a sweeping search warrant [39:32.560 --> 39:40.880] two of them demanding that Google hand-diver emails, texts, voice dictation, cloud, everything [39:40.880 --> 39:46.920] of Smellet and his manager, about one month later, this new indictment comes down. [39:46.920 --> 39:48.600] It's six counts. [39:48.600 --> 39:52.800] Each one of felony, although it's called disorderly conduct, he's looking at one to three [39:52.800 --> 39:54.800] on each one plus a fine. [39:54.800 --> 39:56.960] Interesting one other thing. [39:56.960 --> 40:01.880] Another thing they did in this indictment that I really admire, a police officer Muhammad [40:01.880 --> 40:07.840] Bhaiig, he tells him the story, then he tells the detective, Kimberly Murray, the story, [40:07.840 --> 40:14.880] and he tells the detective Robert Graves a story, each one of those is a separate count. [40:14.880 --> 40:19.320] So it sounds like this is not complicated, it's what we thought he was guilty of the first [40:19.320 --> 40:20.320] time. [40:20.320 --> 40:23.520] So this gives us even an odd reason. [40:23.520 --> 40:24.520] Right. [40:24.520 --> 40:30.640] So this does make us wonder even more if there was corruption involved in the charges being [40:30.640 --> 40:31.920] dropped by the state's attorney. [40:31.920 --> 40:32.920] Kimberly. [40:32.920 --> 40:39.080] And I think there's going to be another ongoing investigation regarding Kim Fox dropping [40:39.080 --> 40:44.520] the charges and why, but you know, it really disturbs me. [40:44.520 --> 40:47.840] I have worked on hate crimes, Tucker. [40:47.840 --> 40:52.240] Back when we didn't even have the phrase theology hate crimes. [40:52.240 --> 40:56.920] And I had a particular case, they went all the way to the Georgia Supreme Court, where [40:56.920 --> 41:03.760] young African-American males were raped and they were shot in the head and they were stabbed [41:03.760 --> 41:08.160] and they were found lying around Atlanta with their pants pulled down. [41:08.160 --> 41:10.880] That's a hate crime, that is a hate crime. [41:10.880 --> 41:16.240] And now when other hate crimes victims go in front of the jury, they're going to go back [41:16.240 --> 41:20.440] to the jury and go, hmm, you think they're pulling a smell at, you think this is like [41:20.440 --> 41:23.200] just a smell at, that's what he's done. [41:23.200 --> 41:26.160] And another thing, over time. [41:26.160 --> 41:28.480] And now they drop the charges, are you kidding me? [41:28.480 --> 41:29.880] What a slap in the face. [41:29.880 --> 41:34.880] Do you think having been around the justice system for a long time, if Jesse Smell had [41:34.880 --> 41:39.720] just been an ordinary person and not an actor who had connections to the Obama's, that [41:39.720 --> 41:41.920] he would have gotten away with us the first time? [41:41.920 --> 41:42.920] Oh, no. [41:42.920 --> 41:44.800] The charges would have been brought. [41:44.800 --> 41:50.720] You had the police chief, you had the police union to take us 2,000 over time hours, [41:50.720 --> 41:57.320] a thousand and thousands of dollars spent on this and it's so obvious what he did. [41:57.320 --> 42:03.960] He used hate, hate crimes to his advantage to make more money. [42:03.960 --> 42:10.640] He was already pulling down 65 grand per episode, yes, and that didn't make him happy. [42:10.640 --> 42:12.240] First, there were those letters. [42:12.240 --> 42:16.600] The letter that came to the Empire set, I can't wait to see this, because it looks [42:16.600 --> 42:21.960] like it came out of a murder she wrote or Nancy Dree where they cut out the words and drew [42:21.960 --> 42:28.840] a little man hanging with him, using hate, using an African-American man with a rope around [42:28.840 --> 42:34.800] his neck to conjure up all those horrible, hateful memories and images and use them to [42:34.800 --> 42:39.080] get a raise, ah, ah, that's not going to work. [42:39.080 --> 42:42.680] He's going to work to the media, Robin, Robin Roberts believed him. [42:42.680 --> 42:47.240] Well, I don't know about that, just because she was polite to him for Pete's sake, you [42:47.240 --> 42:48.240] know what I mean? [42:48.240 --> 42:52.840] She's got to be here and I can't ever be accused of being polite to somebody I think [42:52.840 --> 42:58.160] is like, but hey, I don't care about what the media thought, I care about what a jury [42:58.160 --> 43:05.840] thing terms, other victims that now will be tainted because of Jesse Smollett, yes. [43:05.840 --> 43:13.200] It's a grace, great to see you tonight, likewise, thank you. [43:13.200 --> 43:18.560] Well kind of a shocking story out of Virginia tonight, new gun control was designed to [43:18.560 --> 43:23.920] punish nonviolent, non-criminal because they're voting a long way. [43:23.920 --> 43:28.720] Our investigation into that, yeah. [43:28.720 --> 43:33.160] Hello, I'm Mike Lindell, inventor of my pillow, just like you, I had problem sleeping. [43:33.160 --> 43:36.080] I tried every pillow out there and nothing worked. [43:36.080 --> 43:38.440] Fifteen years ago, I invented my pillow. [43:38.440 --> 43:42.840] It took me two years to develop because I wanted to have everything you would ever want [43:42.840 --> 43:43.840] in a pillow. [43:43.840 --> 43:48.160] I made sure that you could adjust my patented fill so you could have the exact support [43:48.160 --> 43:51.480] you need as an individual regardless of your sleep position. [43:51.480 --> 43:56.000] I also wanted a pillow that would last, so I made my pillow machine washable and dribble. [43:56.000 --> 44:00.160] I back my pillow with a 10-year warranty and a 60-day money back guarantee. [44:00.160 --> 44:03.680] Finally, that, I do all my own manufacturing in my home state of Minnesota. [44:03.680 --> 44:07.280] I really like the fact that it was made in the USA, I think that USA products are a better [44:07.280 --> 44:08.280] quality product. [44:08.280 --> 44:11.200] I've tried a lot of other pillows and nothings worked like my pillow. [44:11.200 --> 44:15.640] I'm interrupted in this commercial right now to give you deep discounts, not just down [44:15.640 --> 44:19.640] my pillows, but also my mattress, tops, sheets, and so much more. [44:19.640 --> 44:25.800] For example, you can get body pillows regularly, 8-9-9-9, now 29-9-9, or my pillow [44:25.800 --> 44:29.840] jogged edge for as well as 1999 with your promo code. [44:29.840 --> 44:35.000] I used to think that sheets were just sheets, I got the DISA dream sheets, they are the most [44:35.000 --> 44:36.600] comfortable sheets I've ever had. [44:36.600 --> 44:42.120] The Go Anywhere pillow is so easy to just roll up and take anywhere I want to go. [44:42.120 --> 44:43.680] Go Anywhere pillow is really comfortable. [44:43.680 --> 44:44.680] So that's what I really like. [44:44.680 --> 44:46.560] It's nice and supportive, and it's nice and small. [44:46.560 --> 44:50.960] The Mypilotopper for the first time is enabled me to have a cool night's sleep. [44:50.960 --> 44:53.480] I'm able to go to bed and just get rest. [44:53.480 --> 44:58.080] That's three inches of wonderful that's in my pillow mattress, tops, or it's just like [44:58.080 --> 44:59.480] a firm cloud. [44:59.480 --> 45:04.120] Mypilot helps me get a good night's sleep, so I can do my job in the morning. [45:04.120 --> 45:09.720] Go to mypilot.com to get deep discounts, not just down my pillows, but so much more. [45:09.720 --> 45:16.400] For example, you get body pillows regularly, 8-9-9-9, now only 29-9-9, or my pillow jogged [45:16.400 --> 45:19.600] edge for as well as 1999 with your promo code. [45:19.600 --> 45:27.440] For the best night's sleep in the whole wide world is mypilot.com. [45:27.440 --> 45:32.440] Bernie's big win is the candidate's socialist dream now up primary reality and can [45:32.440 --> 45:36.480] he really contend against the president, Shawn's all star panel has smart insight on [45:36.480 --> 45:37.480] Hannity. [45:37.480 --> 45:50.760] Fathers give great advice, do a job that you love, never cut corners, and if you need new windows get Anderson windows, because they're the ones that last, we're renewal by Anderson. [45:50.760 --> 45:53.960] The one and only replacement window division of Anderson. [45:53.960 --> 46:01.080] We sell and install the replacement windows that your dad would tell you to buy, partly because the engineering is so impressive. [46:01.080 --> 46:04.600] Here's your typical patio door lock. [46:04.600 --> 46:09.760] And here's our reach-out locking system. [46:09.760 --> 46:15.240] It literally pulls the door into the door frame for a tighter fit and even greater security. [46:15.240 --> 46:17.320] Think about the most airtight door in your house. [46:17.320 --> 46:19.040] It's your refrigerator, right? [46:19.040 --> 46:21.760] Don't you wish your windows and doors could be that airtight? [46:21.760 --> 46:25.120] Well, our windows use a similar compression seal as your fridge. [46:25.120 --> 46:34.560] It helps keep dust, water, and drafts out of your home, and because our windows are custom-built, we have windows styles that make rooms feel bigger and allow even more light into your home. [46:34.560 --> 46:37.160] Our engineers really thought of everything. [46:37.160 --> 46:39.200] Now, what about the installation? [46:39.200 --> 46:42.840] A lot of window companies make their installers by their own materials. [46:42.840 --> 46:46.240] But if they're buying their own, they're probably buying the low-end stuff. [46:46.240 --> 46:49.720] And those low-end installation materials just don't last. [46:49.720 --> 46:52.560] We insist only on using the highest quality materials. [46:52.560 --> 46:55.360] That's why we supply everything to our installers. [46:55.360 --> 46:59.200] This way, we can ensure you're getting the best installation sealants and trim. [46:59.200 --> 47:02.920] And this is one of the reasons our windows and doors last so long. [47:02.920 --> 47:04.920] We have so many local customers. [47:04.920 --> 47:07.720] Let us help make this project affordable for you as well. [47:07.720 --> 47:11.160] Where the company that actually replaces other companies windows and doors? [47:11.160 --> 47:12.120] Give us a call. [47:12.120 --> 47:17.000] Renewable by Andrews said as declared February, National Replacement Window Month, [47:17.000 --> 47:20.680] saved 20% on windows, and saved 20% on patio doors, [47:20.680 --> 47:24.120] plus take an extra $150 off your entire order. [47:24.120 --> 47:28.040] And with our financing, don't pay anything for one year. [47:28.040 --> 47:31.640] For an appointment during this event, call before February 29th. [47:31.640 --> 47:34.360] 1-800-993-2600. [47:40.280 --> 47:43.000] The state of Virginia has some of the lowest crime rates in America. [47:43.000 --> 47:47.000] Despite that, Democrats had determined to curtail the constitutional rights of its citizens. [47:47.000 --> 47:50.200] The House of Delix and Virginia has to prove new gun control legislation. [47:50.200 --> 47:54.440] Promoted by Governor Klan costume, Governor Blackface, Ralph Northerm. [47:54.440 --> 47:58.280] The bill, if it passed the Senate, would ban the sale of so-called assault weapons, [47:58.280 --> 48:02.040] whatever those are. It would also ban all gun magazines that carry more than a dozen rounds, [48:02.040 --> 48:04.040] which is a lot of them. [48:04.040 --> 48:07.080] Our team went to Virginia to investigate what's going on there. Here's what they found. [48:08.760 --> 48:11.800] I'd pass it by myself as a gun enthusiast. [48:11.800 --> 48:15.320] Meet Danny Diggs, Sheriff of York County, Virginia. [48:15.320 --> 48:20.120] If the governor told you to confiscate AR-15s, would you do it? [48:20.120 --> 48:21.880] Well, has it stands right now? No. [48:21.880 --> 48:29.240] Who is that? Diggs is at the center of a grassroots backlash against gun control measures. [48:29.240 --> 48:32.200] Being pushed by the governor of Virginia, Ralph Northerm. [48:32.200 --> 48:34.840] The governor cannot tell me to do that. I don't work for the gun. [48:34.840 --> 48:37.720] In response to the gun control measures, York County, Virginia, [48:37.720 --> 48:42.760] became a second-demendment sanctuary. County supervisor Chad Green wrote the resolution. [48:42.760 --> 48:45.640] Does that mean that the county's not going to enforce the gun laws? [48:45.640 --> 48:52.360] It means that we are opposed to any unnecessary regulation and gun laws. [48:52.360 --> 48:57.480] That's just symbolic of that. No, it has the teeth, and it is legally [48:57.480 --> 49:01.160] in binding and enforceable. Nearly all of Virginia's counties have enacted [49:01.160 --> 49:04.840] second-demendment sanctuary resolutions that protect gun owners. [49:04.840 --> 49:08.440] We don't need more legislation. The Virginia showdown is the biggest clash yet [49:08.440 --> 49:14.040] between Bloomberg backed anti-gun groups and firearms owners in the south. [49:14.040 --> 49:16.680] Do you keep one in the chamber? Yes, at all times. [49:20.280 --> 49:23.240] Beatrice Hucktitch is a Virginia-based firearms instructor. [49:24.280 --> 49:28.360] Virginia definitely is a testing ground for what can happen. [49:28.360 --> 49:33.880] Bloomberg's anti-gun groups spend $2.5 million in Virginia's last election cycle alone. [49:33.880 --> 49:38.360] It paid off. Democrats now control Virginia for the first time in decades. [49:38.360 --> 49:42.040] The Democrats' proposals include a ban on semi-automatic rifles, [49:42.040 --> 49:46.440] mandatory background checks, red flag laws, and a prohibition on magazines [49:46.440 --> 49:50.600] that carry more than 10 rounds. Most magazines carry more than 10 rounds, [49:50.600 --> 49:53.720] and that would make me a felon. Nancy Lee Dixon is a longtime [49:53.720 --> 49:56.440] Virginia and she opposes new gun control measures. [49:56.440 --> 50:00.440] It's my constitutional right. It says, you know, the right to bear a harm. [50:00.440 --> 50:06.680] It doesn't say the right to bear a v-be gun. In 2013, the State of Maryland [50:06.680 --> 50:09.640] banned the sale of magazines that carry more than 10 rounds. [50:09.640 --> 50:12.600] The law didn't make people safer. Since it passed, [50:12.600 --> 50:16.040] police started recovering more large magazines at the scenes of crimes. [50:16.040 --> 50:19.240] The State's murder rate rose 40% in three years. [50:19.240 --> 50:24.600] Was the only pertain to those who want to abide by them in the first place? [50:24.600 --> 50:27.880] Nor than as water carriers in the media call of imposed laws, [50:27.880 --> 50:31.400] common sense safety measures, sheriff digs, disagrees. [50:31.400 --> 50:35.800] Common sense would say the most dangerous place in America as a gun freeze-on. [50:35.800 --> 50:39.960] I can tell you right now, I don't abide by gun freeze-ones. [50:39.960 --> 50:43.480] Perhaps the most significant factor helping Bloomberg is Virginia's rapidly [50:43.480 --> 50:46.760] changing demographics. The majority of people now living in the state [50:46.760 --> 50:51.800] were actually born outside it. If you told yourself 20 years ago that Virginia was going [50:51.800 --> 50:54.120] to be in this situation today, would you believe that I'd never [50:54.120 --> 50:56.520] would have believed it. Change very fast. [50:56.520 --> 50:59.160] But as the State's politics changed, the question becomes, [50:59.160 --> 51:03.080] will Virginia's choose to comply? Would you give up your guns if [51:03.080 --> 51:07.880] government told you to? No. Do you think a lot of people feel the same way? [51:07.880 --> 51:10.760] I think everybody feels that way. [51:12.120 --> 51:14.920] We'll stay on that story because it means something. [51:14.920 --> 51:17.080] Check there's evidence speaking of stories that are significant. [51:17.080 --> 51:21.240] The coronavirus is spreading through pipes, a remarkable [51:21.240 --> 51:23.720] development that may have implications for us here in the US. [51:23.720 --> 51:33.720] We'll see you next time. [51:33.720 --> 51:36.760] The All-Mail Sandals Monty Go Bay [51:36.760 --> 51:42.200] Jamaica's newest and hottest resort. Call 1-800-Sandals. [51:42.200 --> 51:45.400] Hi, I'm Taylor, and this is my story. [51:45.400 --> 51:48.840] I was born with all seal Genesis in percent of the old [51:48.840 --> 51:53.880] 日本 seas. I have broken my bones almost 200 times. [51:53.880 --> 51:58.440] And I have had 11 students. But I can let that stop. [51:58.440 --> 52:02.760] I love the bug-ray. Climb, race, and I'm learning how [52:02.760 --> 52:07.160] stand-and-war. [55:58.760 --> 56:00.760] Here are the new numbers on coronavirus as of tonight. [56:00.760 --> 56:07.240] There are 242 new deaths from the virus supported in China and almost 15,000 new cases. [56:07.240 --> 56:11.320] Now those are official numbers by China's count which you obviously cannot trust. [56:11.320 --> 56:15.160] Now there's evidence that the virus is spreading through plumbing pipes. [56:15.160 --> 56:19.480] Apparently even the tiniest crack in a pipe can allow the virus to infect new people. [56:19.480 --> 56:24.200] Two people on a Hong Kong apartment are both infected despite this is remarkable [56:24.200 --> 56:27.640] living 10 floors apart. Think about that. [56:27.640 --> 56:35.640] At the moment, the Chinese coronavirus remains a global health concern and a serious one. [56:35.640 --> 56:40.280] But there already signs that it could become an economic crisis as well. [56:40.280 --> 56:44.280] More than 50 countries have restricted travel to China to prevent the spread of the disease. [56:44.280 --> 56:48.200] Huge swaths of that country are essentially shut down, part of its industrial base. [56:49.080 --> 56:54.360] Mothbolt. What could be the effect of all of this on the economy around the world and here [56:54.360 --> 56:58.680] in the United States? Anybody around is one person who would know she hosts warnings with Maria [56:58.680 --> 57:01.640] on the Fox business network and we're happy to have her tonight. [57:01.640 --> 57:07.400] Maria, are you concerned about the effect of this disease on the global economy? [57:07.400 --> 57:12.200] Oh yeah, hi Tucker. Thanks for having me. I think we certainly will see an impact on the [57:12.200 --> 57:17.160] global economy. I mean you just laid it out when you consider the fact that China is pretty much [57:17.160 --> 57:23.720] shut down right now in terms of economic activity. No flights going in and out around Wuhan and the [57:23.720 --> 57:29.880] ass surrounding provinces, tons of companies either shutting operations or temporarily closing [57:29.880 --> 57:36.120] down, that's no economic activity. Today, China represents a much bigger portion of the global [57:36.120 --> 57:41.640] economy than ever before. So what happens in China will have an impact on the United States. [57:41.640 --> 57:47.080] And I think from a practical standpoint, you have to look at things like components and parts. [57:47.080 --> 57:53.240] There are parts in cars, parts in our phones, components in various devices that are made [57:53.240 --> 57:58.920] in China. So you'll probably see bottlenecks in terms of the supply chain and that will impact [57:58.920 --> 58:03.960] earnings. So we have a very strong economy right now here in the United States. I would expect [58:03.960 --> 58:10.120] to bid a slowdown later on in the year. I wonder if this will be a wake-up call to American [58:10.120 --> 58:16.120] companies that it's in their interest to at least retain the capacity to manufacture key parts [58:16.120 --> 58:21.800] here? Yeah, spot on. That's exactly what is going to happen in my view. I think it's causing [58:21.800 --> 58:27.640] us to have a plan B. And that's basically what the President tried to do with USMCA, as well as [58:27.640 --> 58:34.360] the China 1 phase 1 deal, to send manufacturing back to America. So that companies recognize that [58:34.360 --> 58:39.560] the safest place in terms of their own manufacturing will be here at home. There are also other [58:39.560 --> 58:45.560] issues. There's the trust issue. Look, China lied to us. They did not tell us when this coronavirus [58:45.560 --> 58:50.760] actually started. They knew about this back in November of last year, then they sent this huge [58:50.760 --> 58:55.960] delegation to the White House to shake everybody's hand to do the China phase 1 deal. And then [58:55.960 --> 59:04.120] they sent the largest delegation ever sent to Davos. And they had this virus beginning. And [59:04.120 --> 59:09.160] you know, so there's that. And then they waited a long time before anybody could actually [59:09.160 --> 59:15.880] go in there, a foreigner, to see how this originated. They still will not allow the CDC. The [59:15.880 --> 59:23.240] best institution in terms of disease control in the world. The CDC is not able to get into China [59:23.240 --> 59:29.800] on its own to actually better understand where the originated and how severe it is right now. [59:32.200 --> 59:37.080] Maria Bartiromo, ladies and gentlemen. And now, also in New York, to Sean Hannity right now. [59:37.080 --> 59:41.240] Sean Tucker, thank you. Great show is always welcome to Hannity tonight. There is a clear [59:41.240 --> 59:47.480] frontrunner in the extreme radical Democratic Socialist Party. And yep, that's 78-year-old [59:47.480 --> 59:53.240] cramudgeoned about Soviet-style socialist. You know, the guy that took a honeymoon in the former [59:53.240 --> 59:59.880] Soviet Union, that guy, the Democratic Party, is in a state of rooms tonight. The moderates, [59:59.880 --> 01:00:05.960] huh, they are non-existent, long gone, pragmatic, centrist politicians. There's not even room for [01:00:05.960 --> 01:00:12.120] Joe Lieberman any longer in this Democratic Party, so radical extreme. And yes, socialism that [01:00:12.120 --> 01:00:17.240] would destroy the great American prosperity that we've now experienced for the last three years. [01:00:17.240 --> 01:00:22.680] Last night, Bernie Sanders, huge victory in New Hampshire. And now, according to brand new polls, [01:00:22.680 --> 01:00:51.400] Bernie Sanders.
