  • What is TAITRA member?

    In order to use TAITRA services, you only need to register one account to login all the websites of TAITRA.

  • You already have a TAITRA member account, does it mean you are finished with pre-registering for online exhibition?

    If you already have a TAITRA member account, you still have to pre-register for the exhibition. Please login-in your TAITRA member account and pre-register for the online show.

  • Should you have to login-in twice when you visit the show every time?

    After registered TAITRA member and online exhibition, you just need to login in your TAITRA member account, then you can visit the online show directly.

  • What if your TAITRA account has been locked?

    Your accounts will be locked if the password has been entered incorrectly for more than 6 times. When the account is locked, please wait for 10 minutes, and then use "Forgot Password" after 10 minutes to get a new password to sign in and unlock the account.

  • What if you forget your password?

    If you forgot your password, please click the "Forgot Password" on the login page, and enter the registered email. The system will automatically send a verification code letter to your mailbox. Please fill in the verification code and follow the steps to reset the password.

  • Why the verification code does not work?

    Please confirm whether the verification code is entered correctly or whether the verification code has expired.

  • Unable to receive the verification letter

    If you are unable to receive the verification letter, please refer to the following suggestions:

    1. Please check whether the email has been entered correctly.
    2. The system might be busy during this time, please wait for a while to check whether receiving the mail.
    3. The verification code letter might be regarded as spam. Please check whether it is in the spam folder, and add ( to your "Contacts" of your mailbox to avoid missing important letters in the future.
    4. Please check whether your mailbox capacity has exceeded and the mail has been rejected.
