Subaru Cooling Fan Not Working. I am looking to diagnose why the radiator fans are not turning on when the engine is running/at operating temp. The main cooling fan has stopped working on my '92 legacy. Fuses 3 and 4 (or their equivalents) should be marked as cooling fan (main, sub) fuses in the owners manual (specifications section).
