The capacitors and resistors pictured are 0603 package sizes, along with a very slightly larger 0805 ferrite bead.Solder paste, a sticky mixture of flux and tiny solder particles, is first applied to all the solder pads with a stainless steel or nickel stencil using a screen printing process.
Hi friends, welcome to our channel, this video shows how to use K-head to quickly solder 0603 package.Hope you like this video. The tools used are hereSQ-D60 ...
Beginner friendly way to solder 0603 or larger components to pinheaders so you can plug them in your breadboard. 2 minutes and you are done.
How to : Soldering 0603 resistors and capacitors on Mutable Instruments boards DIY EURORACK.
There are 22 0603 resistors on this bottom side. Another one on the top side, along with 10 0603 capacitors. The capacitors are the same footprint size, but about twice as thick.

Such details provide a deeper understanding and appreciation for Soldering 0603 Capacitors And Resistors.
Why don't diodes come in normal, easy to hand solder 0603 packages? Is there some other 2-pin package that they do come in that is easy to solder and is easy to swap out for the SC-79 footprints?
I've soldered a few of these in the past but only maybe two or three, maybe 10 at the most. One of my neighbors got an American Flag kit that has a PC board with some 180 LED pads on one side and another 180 resistor pads on the other side. They are all 0603 size SMD parts.

As we can see from the illustration, Soldering 0603 Capacitors And Resistors has many fascinating aspects to explore.
0603 is still possible to had solder, but it gets difficult to route a line beneath. Using SMT passives is really easy, once used to it I do not like THT resistors and caps anymore - though I still like THT chips and sockets.
