Device Offline Globe Suite. I have several globe electric brand smart bulbs. Is anyone experiencing anything odd with. 💡 some have stopped working and show as offline, while others continue to work fine. I had 2 of my 4 plugs fail to connect/go offline after a power outage. I was having issues with my globe suite bulbs showing as offline but i could turn them off and on via sharptools and the globe app. Tried ez connect, ap connect, auto connect, resetting and deleting. We've noticed that if the power surges/flickers on/off and the modem & router have to reboot, some of the smart plugs begin to show offline. It is possible to change the firmware in the current globe devices which no longer use esp8266 chips but beken chips (bk7231). I'm sure this happened after i told google to sync all devices, which i might not have done for a year.
