Nissan Qashqai Power Folding Mirrors Not Working. My mirrors are set to fold in when i lock the car. My drivers side side mirror stopped working for the power folding function. I've even wasted £250 on a brand new unit that still doesn't fold. Can anyone confirm that is correct' thank you. There are a few options in the mirror. The fold out is fine,. Anyone know where i can find some instructions for changing. All the functions work except for the actual folding function. Both the auto close and switch cannot close the mirrors. I'm not sure what they have done but it seems both mirrors no longer fold, i think. They then fold out when i start the engine. What i think i have misunderstood is that the mirrors not fold when you turn the ignition off but rather they unfold when you turn it on. The camera, indicators and movements all seem to work fine, but we have a problem with the auto fold.
