Human brunner's glands produce class iii mucin glycoproteins and are thought to be the product of mucin gene muc6 which is assigned to. Compound, tubular, submucosal glands found in that portion of the duodenum that is above the hepatopancreatic sphincter (sphincter of oddi). They are majorly seen in the first part.
