With the type of alternator shown which should have a built in regulator you should only need the #2 or b terminal having battery. Negative battery to engine and battery to fender. Large wire from back of alternator to starter relay battery cable terminal. My tj came with a 117a alternator. Via a fusible link to protect the wire. Moving from a 117a to a 136a alternator did not.
