Cummins Street Tires. What’s the best tire to run on these heavy trucks? I currently have toyo at2’s in a 35/12.5. I have been running 35x12.50r20 toyo mt’s and absolutely love them but they’ve recently gone up to about $400 a tire which is outrageous! From truck pulling to drag racing to dyno competition and back to the dirt for dirt drags, there is a tire for every diesel purpose. If the latter i'd say have a look at the nitto dura. Does anyone know of street tire options comparable to the nitto 420v with a load rating suitable for our 3/4 tons? Looking for suggestions for replacing my stock firestone transforce at 285/60/20 tires on my 2020 2500. I’ve been trying to search and see what’s out there for tires with weight ratings safe for a 2500. D range tire would be more than adequate for track use, probably better than e due to added side wall flex during launch and shifts.
