Hyundai App Error 6993

After reading more of the comments "re: BlueLink 6993" I believe I have discovered the issue. Depending on what version, and when your Android OS is due to update; self cleaning / maintenance may be the key factor to such apps as with BlueLink by Hyundai. I can't get into Bluelink on my iPhone but can on my computer and on my iPhone for Bluelink there is a small window on the normal Bluelink screen with the numbers 6993 and an OK to click onto, and nothing else works and I refuse to click onto the 6993 OK window in case it's some sort of hack.

Hello all, Long time lurker here. Like many of you, I was dealing with the Hyundai Blue Link connection issue, and after doing some digging, I found a solution for those of you who have the upgraded infotainment system. I have a 2024 Santa Fe Hybrid Calligraphy, and this worked like a charm.

For three days I have not been able to use the My Hyundai BlueLink app on my phone. I can use the website to access car info but every. New MyHyundai App I'm shocked, Bluelink updated and is now MyHyundai.

What I'm not shocked about though is the fact that it doesn't work. Just gives me an 6993 error and says restart the app. Way to go Hyundai, make your crappy app even crappier.

The app MyHyundai with Blue Link comes from the developer Hyundai Motor America and is usually this responsible for fixing problems. But not all problems that occur with MyHyundai with Blue Link are due to errors by the developer. I picked up my Limited yesterday morning, and I'm just past the 24 hours they said it could take for the final account setup.

My account shows everything as active, yet the app keeps telling me that my remote start request has not been processed. I've reviewed the requirements for the app remote. I was able to get the IOS app working on my iPad so that and web are working but not Android.

If any of you in the US can get the app to work on Android I would like to know. I removed and reinstalled the app with same results. I assume that the Hyundai Android portion of this is broken but Digital Key seems unaffected.
