Hyundai Digital Key App Not Working

I am attempting to connect a Digital Key 2 with my iPhone SE (2nd generation) to my 2025 Tucson SEL-Convenience. I describe the problem below but I finally figured out why the phone wouldn't connect to the car. I placed the phone on the charging pad (which the app calls the "reader") but I had.

I could not get digital key to work with my iphone 14 pro max. First of all, I do not see anywhere in the myhyundai app where the section of the digital key is in. The digital key (card key) may not work under the following conditions: The digital key (card key) is not placed on the door handle authentication pad or vehicle authentication pad (wireless charging pad) correctly.

This morning, my digital key stopped working. I hit the connect button and it tries to connect but fails after a minute and says you vehicle has to be within rage of Bluetooth. I'm right next to the vehicle when it does this so I know range isn't an issue.

I've tried resetting the key and also reinstalling the app and it still fails. I do have the digital key on my Android smartphone working somewhat (about 7 out of 10 times). When it doesn't work I start the vehicle remotely with the "Hyundai Digital Key" app and then press the brake pedal to shut the car off and then I can restart with the phone being recognized as the digital key.

Hi, Has any new owner of the Sonata been able to setup and use the Hyundai Digital Key Application successfully?. I have the NFC card and tried setting it up in my android phone, but unable to login to Digital Key App. Anyone else try using their phone as a digital key? I have an US Ioniq 5 Limited AWD.

I was able to connect the key and app on my Android phone. However when trying to unlock the door or start the car with it in the wireless charge spot it does not work. Wondering if anyone else is experiencing.

If you are having the issue where your digital key has suddenly stopped working to start your vehicle: USE THE HYUNDAI APP to remote start the car (while you're in it). Then press the brake (which shuts off the car). Then the digital key starts working again!

If I do it from the Hyundai app, I get to put the phone on the wireless/NFC pad, and then it tells me it can't be completed. When I try via the Setup > Vehicle > Digital Key, Smartphone key, I get to where you are required to enter the passcode supplied, which I take directly from my email from Hyundai and enter it. So I finally bought a 20 Sonata Hybrid Limited and I love it! There are so many features it's crazy and everything is working great but I have one question.
