2023 Highlander LE. Every time I start my vehicle I get an advertisement on the media center saying "experience drive connect". I hit the selection on the left to open Android Auto and the display flickers to Android Auto then goes back to the advertisement for drive connect.

This happens 2 or 3. I no longer use Toyota's Connected Services. Uninstalled all of them but each time I start the vehicle up the Experience Drive Connect screen appears.

I'm getting steadily more irritated with the "Experience Toyota Drive Connect" nag on multimedia screen and it's half assed attempt to sign me up for Apple or Amazon's music subscription every time I attempt to switch from Android Auto to the radio on the fly. My Taco just turned a year old and Toyota wants me to now pay a monthly fee to keep the display screen active with their navigation. They must be crazy after paying well over $53K and now I get a monthly fee to use the Nav. I refused to renew it and now I get a screen that says Experience Drive Connect and I can't get it off.

I'll never use Drive Connect and I'm experiencing a feeling of dread wash over me as I realize I will be forced to look at this screen at least once a day for the entire life of the car. "Just switch to Android Auto / Car Play" is something I've seen said a lot but that's besides the point. Even seeing it for 1 second, it's still an ad.
