Terraria No Hallowed Chest at Charlie Oppen blog

Terraria No Hallowed Chest. The world is 2% hallow according to the dyard but probably all underground. Why won’t the hallowed chest open. I have the key and everything what do i need to do : I tried dragging the key to the chest and still nothing. Biome chests are hardmode chests found within the dungeon. Can't open hallowed chest with hallowed key (resolved) i tried opening it like i would a normal chest with no results. 1.4m subscribers in the terraria community. Is it guaranteed to be in the dungeon? Does every dungeon have a hallowed chest in it i’ve defeated plantera and i have a hallowed key but i’ve explored almost all of it and haven’t. Each contains one specific rare, powerful weapon, in addition to other. I got the hallowed key yesterday so i took a trip to my dungeon but could only find 2 biome chests ( desert and crimson) in 2 hours and 5 spelunker potions. I have no hallow at the surface any idea what i could do. I have beaten wof and smashed a few demon altars. I don't know if this is just me being an idiot, but i can't find my hallowed chest, anywhere!
