Ect Pwr Toyota Altezza

On the way home from work today the ECT/PWR light starting flashing on the dash. It didn't seem to be flashing in any sequence just over and over again every 1.5 seconds. Posted video below, only happened for about 15 minutes. Noticed it stopped sometime after going over the Auckland harbour bridge, was thinking it might be fluid from the accent/decent. Had it happen once before on a long.
