Astra J Wont Start After Fuel Filter Change. Changed the fuel filter on my 05 1.9cdti sri and it will not start now. I changed the fuel filter then pulled the fuel line to the fuel rail. I now follow a procedure whereby i prime the fuel pump for 15. Did change fuel filter, dident fill up de filter with diesel and now i have problem starting. I've checked all fuses i could find to do with ignition, starting and engine management and all test fine (0.2 ohms approx). I change the filter every year and yes starting can be problematic.
