Mercedes C220 Timing Chain Tensioner. There are cars with high mileages with stop/start active and no timing. It was towed to mercedes and they have identified that the seal and tensioner. I don't think you can put timing chain issues just down to stop/start. I pulled in and oil was pouring out of the bottom of the car.
