Eurovan Door Not Closing. Today i am showing the van some love and lubricating hinges and door latches all around. Also the bottom track can accumulate debris. The door would not close because the latch was in the latched position which interfered with the post when trying to close it. It seems the latch at the back. 2000 eurovan sliding door will not fully close. Usually the lower, possibly the middle (rear) can get stuck. Currently, the passenger door won't close, because the door closure mechanism (that hooks up to the metal latch on the door frame). Just the contact and moving parts.
