Once the engine warms up, it's pretty bad. In this video this vehicle was towed in and was brought over to me to diagnose for a coolant leak because it overheated on the highway. It looks like the water outlet would have retained the loose part? Any insight would be extremely appreciated. I am hoping this is something simple. Coolant leaks i think are.
