Centre Brake Light Not Working. My high level light has suddenly stopped working but the brake light inside it still works. Problem i have is i cannot remove the light fitting. Hook up the multimeter, black. If it's fitted and connected it must work. My 2 side brake lights are working fine but my center high mount stop lamp is not. Hey guys, i'm having an issue with my centre brake light (third brake light) not working (2103 328i xdrive). I wasn't able to find any related. Could anyone advise if it's a common. If you disconnect it, it will pass its mot. Removing the centre brake light (led) took me 30 seconds, after the first 2 hours of figuring out how it was held in place.
