Mazdaspeed Burning Oil. I’ve done a compression and leak down. Not really sure what’s causing it as it. However, this oil is burning off somehow and with the compression test i’m heading toward the turbo. I changed my pcv valve. I replaced it and still having my oil level slowly decrease and can visibly see smoke whenever i’m at idle. Seems to keep burning oil. I did some mod when i started to burn a good amount of oil. Use a suction tool to remove any excess or a blow gun to blow the cylinders out, drain your oil and replace with fresh oil, then. I recently picked up a 07 ms3 that has kinda been a shit show the deal was great when i bought it only real issue. I put a filter on oil cap to reduce oil pressure. My gen 1 has been eating oil since the day i bought it (off facebook market place with 150k miles). Noise was gone right away, but now it’s burning oil like crazy. Could be an oil line came off, possibly.
