Deku Green Color

The anime consistently depicts Izuku's hair with a green hue. In brightly lit scenes, his hair appears a medium green shade. Official anime concept art and promo material show him with distinctly green hair.

The thing is, in many comics/animes characters with dark green/purple/blue hair are actually considered black haired officially, their hair is simply colored green etc to make it more visually appealing, like Marinette from MLB who has blue hair but is referred to black haired in the show. Or Gon. So, my question is does this apply to Deku?
