Bluetooth Media Disconnected Ford Fusion. What did you do to fix it? I tried a master reset. In some cases, the ford fusion bluetooth may not be working because it has been disabled on the car. Every time i try to play music in my fusion through bluetooth it displays bluetooth media has been disconnected. I would just use usb, but that’s not working either. The phone connects and pairs but it just says “bluetooth media disconnected” when trying to play music. Every once in awhile mine will give me an issue where it shows it's connecting to my phone and then will say bluetooth media disconnected. Switch to bluetooth audio, it immediately says disconnected media and went back to usb. This might be due to a recent update or a setting change. The only thing that works is.
