We do not collect your name, email address, password, or physical address. Instead, we generate and store a unique Anonymous User ID associated with your device or browser session.

Purpose: This ID is used to recognize you when you return to the app, allowing you to access the games you have created and preventing duplicate ratings on games.

B. User-Generated Content (AI Prompts & Games)

• Prompts: We collect the text descriptions you type to generate games (e.g., "A jumping robot game").
• Generated Content: We store the game code (HTML/JavaScript) generated by the AI.
• Metadata: We store the game titles, descriptions, and other data you assign to your creations.
• Public Visibility: Please note that any game you publish is public

C. Usage & Interaction Data

We collect anonymous data on how you interact with the App to power our "Game Selector" (leaderboards):

• Games played and play duration.
• Ratings submitted.
• Search queries and filter usage (e.g., "Best Rated").

D. Technical Data

As an application, standard technical information is automatically collected:

• IP address and browser user agent.
• Cookies and Local Storage.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• App Functionality: Linking the games you create to your device so you can edit or view them later.
• Content Generation: Sending your text prompts to AI providers to generate the game code.
• Ranking & Discovery: Using play counts and rating data to sort games.

3. AI and Third-Party Processing

AI Generation: When you submit a prompt, that text is also processed by third-party Artificial Intelligence APIs to generate the game code. By using the creation tool, you acknowledge that your prompts are shared with these providers for content generation purposes.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell user data. Information is shared only in the following ways:

• Public Game Library: When you publish a game, the game content and its title are accessible to the public.
• Service Providers: We use third-party cloud services (e.g., database hosting) to store the library of games and the Anonymous User IDs.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Retention:

We retain your Anonymous User ID and associated game content indefinitely to ensure your games remain playable and your history is preserved.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Since we do not collect names or ages, we treat all users as anonymous. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has generated inappropriate content on our platform, please contact us for removal.

We use commercially acceptable means to protect your User Content and Anonymous ID. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
