Bmw X5 Interior Fan Not Working. I know when i took it in that i had power on the red/blue fan wire that runs from fuse 61 to the fan harness. They claim there is not continuity on that wire now. Press max ac and you can hear the air blowing hard in the dash somewhere but only a trickle of air coming through any vents (front, sides, back, dash vents). I went through my vehicles old service receipts after i bought it and it had a 26. The blower fan in my a/c ( or heater) does not blow. The air that is barely. Glad i did not have to strip the fan out. On the display it says its on. The hedghog was also working fine. Hopefully its not the 4 zone diverter behind the dash. I have a 2003 bmw x5 4.4 the fan blower does not shut off when i turn off the engine. The auto feature trys to adjust the blower fan speed to the proper. That previous diagram is for the main blower fan (but titled as the version with separate rear blower too). The problem was solved by tracing the bad connection.
