Engine Block Heater On Ford Bronco. Has anyone added the engine block heater after taking delivery? Has anyone received their bronco with the engine block heater or seen one installed? Looking for an engine block heater for my 94 bronco. Does anyone know the part number(s) needed to add this? The block heater keeps your oil warm and allows it flow immediately in very cold conditions when your engine is first started. It just dawned on me that i forgot to verify that my engine block heater was installed when i picked up my sport a few days ago. So, i went looking for the plug today. If equipped, disconnect the block heater wiring harness retainer from the rh side of engine block and position aside. I was interested in adding it but wasn’t sure how difficult it would be! I actually had it on my build, but then removed it. I am thinking to add one in case i get up to the northern climes. Would you recommend the one that is a plugin that heats the coolant or one that is.
