Ktm 350 Fuel Pump Not Priming. After a lot of pissing about i realised if i touched. It seemed to sort itself out but then it reoccurred and now the bike won't start and the fuel pump is not priming when the ignition. 2017 350xcf, 126 hours, bike was running fine, then sat for a few months, when i tried to start it, the starter runs and engine turns. The stator is supposed to trigger the regulator to make the white w/ black stripe wire on the regulator to go to ground. Battery was not holding charge and not charging and the fuel pump wouldn't prime. My questions are:1) if the fuel line is disconnected and you engage the starter, should fuel spray out of the line from the tank?. It seems strange that the ecu would only have the one 12v input and then have three ground wires, especially when it is supposed to. The fuel pump is obviously working, and i believe that i can hear it at the same moment you hear the engine crank/started.
