Brad Cohen's critical edition of Les Pêcheurs de perles was given in concert at the Concertgebouw, Amsterdam, on 8 September 2012, under the direction of Michel Plasson, with artists including Annick Massis and Charles Castronuovo. This performance was broadcast live on Dutch radio and will receive further broadcasts worldwide in the coming months.
Concert performances of Les Pêcheurs de perles starring Joseph Calleja were given at the Deutsche Oper, Berlin, in December 2011.
Les Pêcheurs de perles was given in concert in October 2010 at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden. Conducted by ROH Music Director Antonio Pappano, the cast included Gerald Finley and Nicole Cabell. The first performance was broadcast on BBC Radio 3 on October 30 2010.
The edition received two new stage productions in 2010: at English National Opera in June, with a new translation by Martin Fitzpatrick; and at Zurich Opera in September.
Our critical edition of Norma was performed at Opera Hedeland in July-August 2010, under the direction of Brad Cohen.
