Jeep Exhaust Flange Bolts. How do i remove the 4 exhaust bolts that attach to the flange on the manifold so i can lower the exhaust?  — while trying to install exhaust spacers on my 2012 rubicon today i ended up braking the lower exhaust flange bolt. Install the upper heat shield and torque the bolts to 22 ft/lbs, then the lower one and tighten the nut snugly. Torque the bolts to 30 ft/lbs. I attached 2 pics showing.  — my question is this:  — i don’t know the size, but exhaust bolts are typically a bear to remove. I’d soak them thoroughly with pb blaster. Start the exhaust bolts in the nut keepers and snug up the two evenly.  — starting from the middle and going out, torque the four bolts to 22 ft/lbs.  — i was removing the old rusted exhaust and snapped one of the studs that hold the front pipe.
