Kia Optima Brakes Clicking. my 2013 kia optima will not start. new recent issue.when i step on the brake pedal there is a clicking sound in the center of the dash. my 09 optima has this type of gear shift and makes a clicking noise when i am going really slow and stopping. if in the brake pedal i'd think it to be stop light/cruise control switch that has a plunger that is activated when brake. most of the time when i brake at low speeds i hear a clicking type sound, that is fairly faint. i just purchased my first kia optima.
