M760Li was a £130,000 car when new, the running costs haven't significantly deviated from those of a £130k car, even if the price of the car has lost a significant portion of its value. If you're having to question the affordability of potential issues, then perhaps look at something else such as the 740Ld, sure it won't be as fun, however it'll still be a good comfortable executive.
