Bmw B58 High Mileage

The B58 is so reliable that 80-100k miles isn't high mileage tbh. I would make sure that the car was apart of the 3 year included maintenance, though.

A high-mileage B58 powerplant from BMW will most likely have problems with VANOS, Valvetronic, turbocharger, timing chain, and overall reliability. We have some quite high mileage b58's in our family. Notably the 2016 440i GC on 155k miles.
